Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
Pepper, for the life of me I can't imagine anyone blasting you for anything! ;-D For one thing, you're too sweet.
It has been my experience that most doctors do not have a clue as to their patients' pain. Nor do they care. They act very surprised when I scream. Really. And I do make a point of screaming. If it's painful, why should I make an effort to keep the doctor comfortable.

I am a former dispatcher and in many depts. especially at night, one person does both jobs as receptionist and dispatcher. The DCF falls under Gov. Bush, why don't we call him...it seems to me that we could get farther

When I was very ill I swear to you I couldn't even get my doctor to look me in the eye. When he spoke to me he looked down at his chart, disregarded me as though I was cardboard, then would get up and leave, all without ever looking at me. I was too sick to even think about getting another doc, and I was stuck in the hospital. I do NOT trust most doctors. Now I know I don't trust most judges, either!

Didn't Mort Kondracke's wife die last year after a long illness? He must know better than anyone that the pro-euthanasia Hospice Association is lying when it says that those who are dying get a form of euphoria at the end.
I think Greer knows DCF can go get her.
He reminds me of a frilled neck lizard. The ones that kinda fan up their necks to scare you away.

I just saw on Foxnews Ben Barnes said legally DCFS has the authority and the right to go in with out Greer's approval to get Terri out! he also said that DCFS has immediatly filed an appeal of Judge Greer's order this afternoon/evening after his ruling! Only God knows how long an appeal will take and be decided on. DCFS knows they have to act now or Terri will die! I'm sure they have someone taking tabs on Terri every hour or so that they know if they can no longer wait, but oh my word! Greer is not GOD! He can't stop them! DCFS has the right to do anything over Greer and he cannot stop them!
I also do not think there will be a gun battle of any sort if DCFS goes in after Terri. The local cops ain't going to go there with the National Gaurd, they know the law!
Rush said the same thing today. 30 years ago, he went on a water and fluid diet for 60 days, 2 whole months, and said he didn't feel any euphoria.
BTW- A woman is dying, being murdered by judges- are your issues really all that big?

Oh yes, he knows the law, but he still thinks he is GOD and can do anything and get away with it! I think his rule is almost over and I think it is time for the Justice Dept arrest Judge Greer and get him off of his little high and mighty bench!

This is the worst time to come apart.
