Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

Hospice WILL IMO BAR THE ENTRANCE OF DCF INTO HOSPICE. Attorney Bushnell for Michael got there first this afternoon to squawk to Hospice to stay in line. The Pinellas Park Police Dept. WILL BAR DCF FROM ENTRANCE because they will have Judge Greer's order written in Terri's blood in their hands.

The PPPD just followed me home. I am still shaking about that.

Lord only knows. Maybe because FL can't get their act together and has screwed up every investigation from the last dog the dog catcher caught to the little girl who was kidnapped and killed to Terri. I'm in TX and in TX we went in, period. The whole idea behind the department is protection first and foremost. It's always better to apologize later for being too hasty than try to apologize for letting a victim die because you didn't act soon enough.
