Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

Jeb's asking the court's permission may be pro forma. From what I've read, they can take Terri into custody even if the court says, "no".

That's what I'm thinking, tutstar ... protective custody might not mean removing Terri because of her condition, but taking custody and keeping her where she is, under medical supervision. That would not violate Greer's order not to remove her ...

Heidi Law will be on H/C later tonight, she was on Sean's radio show earlier, I had not heard her before, but she corroborates info re: the insulin vial, because she found Terri after a 2nd attempt.

An IV to stabilize her could be inserted anywhere. She should get to a hospital immediately for medical examination, though.

When they made their announcement they knew Greer would say no or try to stall. I don't think they'd have gone into this if they didn't think they were going to or could.

I have been thinking this might be a joint effort with DCF and the enforcement of the Congressional Subpoena with Federal Marshals.

VIOLATION OF A COURT order is nothing compared to ATTEMPTED MURDER, MEDICARE FRAUD, ABUSING A DISABLED PERSON, STARVATION AND ETC.

There is no reason for DCF to not act. I posted on here 3 weeks ago when the abuse order come out, that DCF should take her into custody and was blasted for not waiting for the worthless courts and etc.

This is will never go away. Those in power better do the right thing RIGHT NOW, or they will most likely SEE THE DAY, that THEY regret it.

A lawyer for Michael Schiavo, George Felos, said he was pleased by what happened in the appeals court. But he was bothered that the governor was attempting to intervene again.

"They have no more power than you or I or a person walking down the street to say we have the right to take Terri Schiavo," attorney George Felos said.

Mort Kondrake just (3:45 PM PT)says the Hospice Association says that in those who are dying "ketones elevate and provide a mild form of euphoria."

EUPHORIA????? When I had high ketones when dieting, I still was the same miserable, grumpy being...no euphoria! I've taken care of HUNDREDS of last stage patients and, NO, there is NO "euphoria."

Hospice Association is a pro-euthanasia group.
