Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
Based on the initials, these are the judges
Ed E Carne Appointed 1992
Frank M Hall appointed 1997
Charles R Wilson appointed 1999
The dates indicates they are All Clinton Appointees

My Lord, David Boies is on Greta and seems to want the tube back in.
Gibbs is working with DOJ attorneys.

Now I am having a case of "beware what you wish for..."--when you posted that the court would try to have ruling by 10-11 est., my first thought was--
"I hope they don't hurry TOO fast, I would rather have them really take the time to study the evidence and not just use the fall-back that the Fed judge did".

But since then, the Congress passed that law and now it is/was in the hands of Whettmore (supposed to be de novo), so Moody's ruling is moot.
Yeah, what happened was that Gibbs tried to do something BEFORE the tube was removed (18th) and so just started filing motions and then the law was passed and so he started filing other motions....it can get confusing keeping up...here is a link to the district Court (Moody/Whittemore) so you can see the motion that Moody denied...http://www.flmd.uscourts.gov/ all you have to do is type notable cases in the search box then click on the link that is there (United States v. something) and then click other notable cases...you will see all the cases thus far, including Whittemore's, the third one down is Moody.

I see the judges' profiles above. Do the names match the initials of the three on the panel in the ruling you found... the one with the wrong date? Could it be that the date is simply wrong on the ruling or are the initials there simply to signify who is reviewing the case?

Gibbs framed the complaint, already written probably sometime ago before the new de novo law, in the nature of an appeal, rather than in the nature of a de novo complaint. It is irrelevant what Greer did or did not do. Whittmore literally screamed out the roadmap for Gibbs. Gibbs needs to contact his malpractice carrier.
P.S. I understand your frustration.
Fox is saying that DFS has filed a motion to have the records unsealed re the possibility of abuse. The only problem is that Greer has to approve it.
