Well don't call the whale stupid. Perhaps he is doing what nature intended him to do. Maybe it's those who want to go out there and "save" him that should be called stupid. why do humans think they can change the course of something in the animal kingdom anyway? Creatures know what they are doing and know how to take care of themselves. Actually, in some of those cases they are probably better off alone than with human help well intended as it may be. I am in complete agreement.

I am only saying that hospice is not set up to facilitate recovery. It is there to facilitate comfort for the dying.

Hospices were set up in FL to facilitate the dignity of those who previously were going to have miserable unfortable inevitable deaths. Hospice does have a place for people. It is not the place for terri.

Frankly I guess we will just have to agree to disagree since your only response is to repeat over and over again factually incorrect information, As I pointed out earlier. Your analysis of the what the 2000 SC decision decided in Bush V Gore is factually incorrect. For example, the Fla Court COULD of ordered state wide recount. However, as every single state wide recount conducted by University and News Media source since 2000 demonstrated, the Gore people did not want that because they KNEW they would lose. That is why Gore conceded rather then pursue additional legal options

I have also pointed out to you a number of historic examples where Court Decisions were NOT the final word on issues. Your only response is to repeat your subjective opinion that "that's not true" Sorry it is.
