One-sixteenth blood quantum. My kids are more than that.
Protecting the faux-Indian Ward Churchill's right to opinion is one thing. Demanding that we respect his opinion is another thing entirely. Better that the University professors should be defending Adolf Hitler.
Odious and offensive are not mitigated by coming from a different source.

I'm surprised he didn't link to the
Emma Perez piece in Counterpunch. It's hilarious -- paranoid, rambling, barely literate.
I'm less offended by what these bozos say (let's face it, there have always been people willing to say the most offensive thing that pops into their heads for the shock value) than by their appalling ignorance and lack of scholarship. This woman is stupid, and she's a department chair.

I started watching the video. I have to go do something else, but I must see the rest. If you are looking for amusement this evening, I recommend this video just based on what I have seen so far.

hebephrenic: From hebephrenia, a form of schizophrenia "characterized by incoherence, delusions lacking an underlying theme, and affect that is flat, inappropriate, or silly".
Democrat: a form of schizophrenia "characterized by incoherence, delusions lacking an underlying theme, and affect that is flat, inappropriate, or silly"
Amazing how the two definitions are exactly the same!

Why am I even reading about nuts like this in this forum. By writing about idiots like this guy you are playing right into their game and giving them the exposure they so desire. Lets ignore him and believe me he will go away. He has no following whatsoever but if he continues to receive notice from the likes of the writers to this forum he will.

Doesn't it seem like the liberals/Democrats are running their own reality television program on who the Most Dysfunctional Person in America is?

Average Democratic voters are almost certainly appalled by creeps like Churchill which is why they won't remain Democratic voters indefinitely. The Democrats have had spokepeople of Chuchill's ilk since at least as far back as 1972. Any voter that hasn't left the party in that period isn't likely to because of the latest nut on the scene.

It's probably to our advantage for Churchill to contine spewing his venom, since the more he does and is defended by academia in doing it, the more liberal academia proves itself to be totally corrupt and hypocritical. After all, in the long run the observed excesses of Michael Moore and the MSM were major reasons we won the 2004 election.
