Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.

7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.

8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

Greer is like a worm squirming between to sharp rocks. If he tried to reverse himself now and start ruling in Terri's favor he would only make himself look guilty as sin

But, by ruling against Terri over and over again at this juncture, he is only making himself look more guilty.

I hope he enjoys this little position of pain that he has put himself in, because Greer is darned if he does and darned if he doesn't right now.

I bet he lays awake at night and wishes he had never heard the name of Terri schiavo.

I was not familiar with this Psalm 35, but one of you mentioned it, and I thank you. I've been going through quite an extended period of worry and stress about an unhappy situation. I prayed this prayer last night, and today, I received a tangible possibility conveyed to me of an answer to my dilemma, thank you Lord.

It's long, and though some of the sentiments are a bit more violent than I'm used to praying, I post it here, as I know glorification and praise to our Dear Lord can only help. I think we all should email the association for disabled people .. can't remember the name of it .. and pass along Ms. Johnson's cynical and demeaning comments about a disabled young lady. I'm definitely going to. I think they might like to know that .. and maybe Bob Dole would, too. Whatever would she have to say about Stephen Hawking???

He does have an out . The DFC. He can allow an investigation and state that due to new concerns Terri will we made a ward of the state until DFC finished. This judge can not 100 % know Terris wishes regarding a feeding tube but he should know that she would not want her parents treated the way they have been. How can he rule on hearsay? He needs to bring a non sedated Terri to court. I pray for Him.

Cruise is a dedicated Scientologist, and I had a friend who did some work for those folks in Clearwater. They are very crafty .. everything's positioned in a marketing tone .. very light and very subtle. I've also been told by someone who lives in the area that it's a true cult, and that they're the majority property owner in Clearwater. Knowing what I know about them, it would not surprise me in the least if they were a behind-the-scenes force in this travesty.

The reporter that I emailed was David Sommer. In this article Husband's Lawyer Fears DCF's Intent, he says "removal of her life-sustaining feeding tube" instead of saying removal of life support. : D

I was using a site, ginzell.com, for Terri info. It is against scientology. It also didn't like the "Left Behind" series but not everyone did. Anyway, their site disappeared. It seems the scientologists in their area are after them.
