Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

What can we do?

4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.

7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.

8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.

9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

Okay, Let's Talk About Terri Schiavo, Again

On February 24, a few days before a Florida judge issued Terri Schiavo a stay of execution until March 18, I wrote for the first time on a subject that I admittedly knew little about in a piece titled Okay… I’ll talk About Terri Schiavo… Once!

As I stated in that piece, I was writing in response to reader mail asking me to take a position on a national debate that I had spent little time researching. Both before and since, I have been inundated with mail from folks on both sides of the debate, most of whom knew little more about the matter. Many of them knew even less than I did.

The purpose of my piece was to first flush out the real facts for my own benefit, second to point out how little people knew about the topic despite their emotionally charged rantings, and last to point out the shortcomings of our judiciary process in such a matter



In short, the more I learned about this case, the more amazed I became that there even was a case, and that any court would even consider denying Terri simple basic nourishment, for any reason, regardless of her husband’s motives.

It became very clear to me that we are not talking about euthanasia, or assisted death by medical procedure. It became clear that we are not even talking about letting God decide her fate by unplugging her from life support keeping her heart pumping, her lungs breathing, and her kidneys functioning.

We are talking about murder by starvation, plain and simple. Terri’s husband no longer has any use for Terri. She is no longer the young vibrant carefree model he once pledged his life to. He has found another to fill that void in his life and Terri is standing in his way of personal happiness, so in his mind, it is time for her to die.

Greer has violated FS 38.10 four times by not disqualifying himself from the case when it was requested. The statute states whenever a party to any action or proceeding makes and files an affidavit stating fear that he or she will not receive a fair trial in the court where the suit is pending on account of the prejudice of the judge of that court against the applicant or in favor of the adverse party, the judge shall proceed no further, but another judge shall be designated

For some reason, the liberal appeals courts in FL ignore this statute in the Schiavo case. Maybe the courts have decided in advance what they want the outcome to be??? And people in FL have "faith" in their court system, reelecting incumbents time and time again without questioning???

That is as good a question as any. I wish I or someone would ask her.

Well, for her current PVS mis-diagnosis, all someone would have to do is ask her ANY question, like "Are you PURPLE?", or perform ANY task, like "Terri - raise your right leg".

If she answers appropriately, even by some arranged sign language, or she performs the requested task, she can't be PVS, and can't be executed.

The bigger puzzle is why would these courts of exection NOT ALLOW any new testimony that she is NOT PVS, or a jury trial on issues like this?

...and lets not forget Michael is a trained nurse and would have the motives to give her depressants before an important test.

With visitors like Tom Brodersen, or Father Frank Pavone, her prison warden would not expect there to be any 'test results' which could get back to the court.

I really believe that if these pastors would speak up that it would be a plus in this area of Florida.

Oh I am so sorry to hear that the churches are not rallying around Terri!! When Greer had the feeding tube pulled the last time, I pulled up a Florida directory on the internet, and PHONED churches, left messages on their machines, or talked to secretaries, etc, URGING them to rally in support for Terri at the Hospice!!( I live in Los Angeles and it is not as easy as it would be for a Floridan to do this ) Maybe we ought to have a campaign to Freep the Churches this week??If someone in Florida that knows the area could send a list of phone numbers or emails , we may be able to send some letters of encouragement to the different church.

I spent some time on the phone this morning, felt very moved to call my representative, Dan Burton, the speaker of our house in DC, Danny Hastert, and rep. chris cox, all men who can help to support the bill Rep Dave Weldon is introducing on the floor of the house TOMORROW.

This bill needs to be introduced, acted upon and passed with great speed.

The date to START the torturous DEATH of Terri Schindler ( Shiavo in name only ) is rapidly approaching.

I will CALL the Florida legislature today. I hope they act even faster.

But we need to stop ALL judges across America who WILL NOT HEED THE CRY OF THOSE WHO DO NOT LEAVE WRITTEN DIRECTIVES AND ARE SUBJECT TO IMMENSE ABUSE AT THE WILL OF EVIL GUARDIANS.

How our Father has protected Terri is awesome.

Who of us could have sustained such a will to live given the cruelty she has undergone ?

She is an innocent under the power of one without compassion, make that many without love or compassion, Michael, Greer, Felos and Bushnell along with the legions, like the ACLU.

We must pray mightily. With God's hand, with our faith joined, just enough to fill a mustard seed is all our Father requests, we can move this mountain of hate.

Trust in our Father with all that you are. He is Love.
