BLAST ROCKS TEL AVIV

An explosion has rocked Tel Aviv with "many casualties" according to reports.

The explosion happened at a club on the beech front and according to Israeli army radio, more than 30 people have been wounded.

Other reports say several people have been killed.

It has been reported that the explosion was caused by a suicide bomber who blew himself up outside the Stage club.

let's see if that is true and a good point.......I'm willing to give Abbas a very short time period to react and that is what the Israeli's are looking for.....it had better be quick though or all his credibility is down the tubes......

TEL AVIV, Israel - A suicide bomber set off a blast near a night club in downtown Tel Aviv late Friday, killing several people, Israel Army Radio reported.


There was no immediate claim of responsibility.


The radio said the bomber blew himself up among people waiting outside the "Stage" club. There were about 30 casualties, it said.


Israel and the Palestinians declared a cease-fire earlier this month meant to end more than four years of fighting. During the violence, Tel Aviv was a frequent target of Palestinian suicide bombers
