From Sound Politics
Denies the motion to exclude the Rossi campaign as "not a proper party"
Denies the counties' motions to dismiss on lack of timeliness.
On the other hand, the court is dismissing every county from the action, as they are not be needed as defendents to enable discovery to move forward.
Denies that affidavits are not sufficient. Rules that affidavits are sufficient.

Neither. If anything, it will help speed things up this afternoon.
Democrats are losing everything. Judge is doing a great job at simply following the law and cutting through the B.S.
I can't belief the Democrats realistically think they have any chance of avoiding a re-vote. If democrats try to pull some of this same B.S. in front of the state supreme court, Sanders will jump all over them.

I bet they don't spin it..At All.. The best they can do is push it to the background.

I couldn't trigger BugMeNot for those signin boxes for the video.
So I gave them, ummmmm, improvised information. Worked fine.

Each individual county was named as a party to the lawsuit. The judge ruled that that is not necessary for the case and dismissed them. As others have said, it should only help Rossi as with less people on the opposing side, there are less people to argue against, depose, and have testify. I am more and more thinking that is a Republican victory!!!

They have been dropped from the action. It is not unexpected or necessarily a bad thing. Discovery may be effected but the case is still intact.
