If democrats try to pull some of this same B.S. in front of the state supreme court, Sanders will jump all over them.

I think you're correct in this, and won't it be fun to watch a libertarian save the Republicans.

Anyone who doesn't think there will be a revote after this morning needs a dose of reality. My prediction is a unanimous decision in the state supreme court for a re-vote, with 1-3 recusals.
