Does anyone know when C-Span will reair the speech. I got to listen to the speech on the radio, but was unable to watch. I would like to see some parts of it. Super speech. I loved when he named Dems. that had tried some way of changing soc. sec. I bet the dems. looked really uncomfortable during that part.

"I used to have my doubts, but now I am sort of wondering if the second George Bush might turn out--in history, a long time from now--as one of the most significant presidents in American history."

I think President Bush, along with President Regan are the most significant presidents in my life time and they will stand at the top of the list in history to come.

Superb speech. Of course there will be whiners on both sides of the aisle - The Dims hate it all because they know the American People like it all and some Repubs will moan about the one or two things they don't agree with to the detriment of backing the other 98%.

Gents, we are in the presence of greatness..This man is giving a new breath of freedom to the world. The mullahs in Iran should take note. We will "pay any price and bear any burden" with Dubya in the WH.

Amen. We are living through great historical times. May we always be beneficial participants rather than mere observers.

"We’ve Got Tonight"
--Words and music by bob seger

"I know it’s late, I know you’re weary
I know your plans don’t include me
Still here we are, both of us lonely
Longing for shelter from all that we see
Why should we worry, no one will care girl

Look at the stars so far away
We’ve got tonight, who needs tomorrow?
We’ve got tonight babe
Why don’ t we stay?

Deep in my soul, I’ve been so lonely
All of my hopes, fading away
I’ve longed for love, like everyone else does
I know I’ll keep searching, after today
So there it is girl, I’ve got it all now
And here we are babe, what do you say?
We’ve got tonight, who needs tomorrow?
We’ve got tonight babe
Why don’t we stay?

I know it’s late, I know you’re weary
I know your plans don’t include me
Still here we are, both of us lonely
Both of us lonely

We’ve got tonight, who needs tomorrow?
Let’s make it last, let’s find a way
Turn off the light, come take my hand now
We’ve got tonight babe
Why don’t we stay?
We’ve got tonight babe
Why don’t we stay?"

10:05pm PST and 2:48am PST on CSPAN (according to their website)...so, in just under two hours from now. Have Kleenex available.

There are still regimes seeking weapons of mass destruction - but no longer without attention and without consequence. Our country is still the target of terrorists who want to kill many, and intimidate us all - and we will stay on the offensive against them, until the fight is won.

I thought I saw the whole room stand for this line, including dems and the first thought that entered my head: How long 'til they start undermining him?

Later, I thought they might have not understood the word "offensive" in this context and so they were actually cheering for more vulgar "humor" from the likes of Whoopi Goldberg and Mork from Ork.

Ellis Idiot was just on Fox and Friends, he is such a dildo, they only way I can figure he has a job is he is actually representative of what democrats actually think.
