Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., said Sunday that when the full Senate debates the nomination of Dr. Condoleezza Rice to be Secretary of State on Tuesday, she intends to repeat charges that Rice deliberately misled the nation about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
"I will lay out again on the Senate floor [why] I do not believe [she] has been candid with the American people," Sen. Boxer told CNN's "Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer."
"[She's] gone on shows like yours and made statements that I don't think were true, or they were half-true, didn't tell the whole story, didn't level with the American people."
Reacting to criticism from White House chief of staff Andy Card, who called her attacks on Rice "petty politics" last week, the Marin County Democrat taunted, "Even though Andy Card would like me to go away. I'm not going to go away."
"[Rice] said things that were flat-out not true," Sen. Boxer continued. "When she said only one agency thought the aluminum tubes could not be used for nuclear weapons, that wasn't true."
As she did during last week's hearings, the Bush administration critic justified her personal attacks on Rice by saying that the Iraq war is especially important to Californians "because we've lost 25 percent of those who died in Iraq."
According to OpinionJournal.com, however, the actual proportion of deaths of U.S. troops from California is 11.5 percent.
Hopefully, somebody like Jeff Sessions will expose her for it, but her tirade on the floor will get the "soundbite du jeur" in the MSM
Condi ripped her to shreds before. I want to see it again!
Boxer is not so "typical" ~ in fact, she's very "special". Her and her husband work for the Red Chinese.
Is it a crime to 'suborn' somebody giving Barbara Boxer a wedgie on national TV? Or 'fomenting' someone pulling underwear boxer shorts down over her head? Or waterboarding her by making her ride with Ted in his rusty Oldsmobile? Just wondering.
Don't get me wrong. I have nothing against the woman except the air she breathes.
The problem for people like Condi when they meet up with someone like Boxer, is that they have too much class to roll in the dirt with the classless.
In the old days Condi could have called Boxer out in the back, and have beaten some sense into her. Today there's no curing what ailes Boxer. Too bad.
Well, Babs, he's not the ONLY one who wants you to go away!
Boxer is turning out to be the best recruiting tool the GOP has. Let her run off at the mouth. I believe in full disclosure. All Americans need to understand how she and her ilk thinks and acts.
Last night, for the first time in years, I turned off SNL after a skit, this one being a takeoff on Boxer calling Rice a liar. While they tried some semblance of balance (Boxer looked like a loon, and Rice sat there blowing her off saying she'll be confirmed anyway). But the way they kept accusing her of lying - I guess I'm just sick of it all from liberal scumbags. I predicted back in 2000 before Bush took office that since the liberal scumbags had the biggest liar short of Satan in office, that if Bush got in, they'd be calling him a liar, too.
These people don't get that there's a difference between making a mistake and lying, and the worse you can say about Ric, Bush, Cheny, Rumsfeld, et al is that they've made mistakes.

Hey Boxer Shorts.........YOU'RE A LIAR
You know, maybe they ought to hold off Condi's nomination until after the 30th and then trot out the newly ELECTED Iraqi Prime Minister and say NO, it was WAY MORE than just WMDs Senator, but you're so narrow-minded, you can't see past the hole in your head to notice history was just made!
Somebody call Environmental Health.
Can we ue some of the RNC funds to put this during primetime?
Yet, when Cindi called her to her face, she denied it.
She is a cowardly loser.
And there is nothing quite like the spectacle of a Jewish Democrat white woman trying to trash a Christian Republican black woman. Senator 'Legree' obviously doesn't like it when black Americans stray across party lines.
I don't think any republican really wants to silence you. In fact, most will help you do a sound check.

California is over 12% of the US population.
She could try these instead...
It's all about political points. Boxer's trying to rack some up.
Condi is everything Boxer's ilk said they wanted, a bright, educated, minority, female individual in a position of power.
In the last five years we've seen N.O.W. abandon subordinate women (Monica Lewinski vs Bill Clinton) preyed upon by their executive bosses. We've seen Civil rights groups abandon Vernon Jordan when he used as a go-fer to peddle a tramp to fortune 500 companies. We see those who demanded fewer children just a few decades ago, because the U.S. was in danger of overpopulating, stand silent as millions flood across our borders. We've seen the Greenies remain silent as these millions trample scenic areas that most certainly must have some endangered microbe. Every other place does. We now see a brilliant minority woman's character assasinated, in the quest to damage this president.
The left is one very sick group of people. They betray everything they stand for, at the drop of a hat.
Who could support this group of idiots? Even they don't believe in what they preach.
A Republican Senator needs to take her to task on the Senate floor. Read her the gosh darn bill and ask her after each whereas clause aski if that was strictly about WMD. Write your Senator and ask them to stand up for the truth - and file an ethics complaint.
I'd love to, but my Senator's are Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell. They're probably patting Boxer on the back.
