Congrats to all Freepers, this may be the finest website of them all. I can't believe I hooked up with this tremendous bunch of Americans. JimRob, Tonk, Sarge, Firebrand, Nikki, JMStein, TRussell, Chieftain... and the list keeps on going. The dedication and talent here runs all the way down the list, I'm just happy to be here.

Thanks very much for this honor, and for your kind words.

It was my privilege this year to work with heroes -- John O'Neill, Admiral Roy Hoffmann, Dr. Jerry Corsi, Carlton Sherwood, Steve Sherman, Bruce Kesler and Larry Bailey, to name just a few, but it was Free Republic that provided the rocket fuel to launch the vets' revolt against Kerry over, around and through the old media. Kudos to everybody who supported the Swift Vets, helped provide research, or hit their email lists as the stories came out. In an earlier time, the appalling truth about Kerry's phoney war crimes charges, his support of Hanoi and his falsified military service would never have reached the public.

Those days are over.

My personal thanks to those who helped with WinterSoldier.com, especially Abner, Diotima, Nick Danger, and The Shrew, and of course to Jim Robinson, who made it all possible.

FRegards, I.T.

Congrats to all the winners, nominees, and all Freepers around the country and around the world. We ALL once again made a difference. We made the difference by taking action and being an active part of what is going on around the world and in our own back yards. To quote Ronald Reagan form his 1989 farewell address:

"We weren't just marking time, we made a difference. We made the city stronger, we made the city freer, and we left her in good hands."

Congratulations to the winners, especially those I voted for but even to those I did not. It was a very competitive slate in 2004.

TERRI'S FREEPERS didn't win but we've been slugging it out with the right to kill people movement for a long time and are still fighting.

I URGE the winners and runners-up (there are no losers at FR) to visit www.terrisfight.org and see what's going on in Florida. PLEASE TALK ABOUT TERRI SCHIAVO AT THE BANQUET and in your hometowns.

Your help is essential. A disability is NOT SUPPOSED TO BE A DEATH SENTENCE. Thank you, floriduh voter

Thanks for the mention of Terri Schindler Schiavo. Judge Greer has the discretion to starve her to death at any time.
