Kerry Trashes Bush in Baghdad

Visiting with U.S. troops in Baghdad on Thursday, failed presidential candidate John Kerry trashed Commander-in-chief George Bush for making "horrendous judgments" and "unbelievable blunders" that have undermined the war effort.

In a series of demoralizing comments first reported by the San Francisco Chronicle, the defeated Democrat griped, "What is sad about what's happening here now is that so much of it is a process of catching up from the enormous miscalculations and wrong judgments made in the beginning."

Kerry said that because of the Bush administration's mistakes, "the job has been made enormously harder."

Among the errors cited by the disgruntled Democrat: the decision by former U.S. occupation leader Paul Bremer's to disband the Iraqi army and purge the government of former members of Hussein's Baath Party.

Both moves were have fueled the Sunni insurgency, he claimed, lamenting, "Mistakes have been made."

Then, perhaps sensing he'd gone too far, the 2008 White House hopeful cut short the Bush-bashing, saying, "Now, it's a different time and different set of judgments that have to be made. I'm here to make judgments about what moves are available to us."

***Kerry today.

"Among the errors cited by the disgruntled Democrat: the decision by former U.S. occupation leader Paul Bremer's to disband the Iraqi army and purge the government of former members of Hussein's Baath Party.

***Kerry today had we done exactly what he says.

"Because we didn't purge the new government of former regime loyalists and disband their Army we now have a Ba'athist Regime in disguise with a corrupt Iraqi Army that does not support a democracy."

He has great hind sight vision which is very opportunistic. Statements like he made in Iraq prove that he is not Presidential material.

Correct me if I’m wrong. Is he suggesting that we take butchers, mass murderers and collaborate with them because they can effectively terrorize the masses into submission? Is he saying we should not hung the NAZIs but collaborated with them since it’s the “easy way out” after WW2?

JOB APPLICATION

NAME: John Kerry

RESIDENCE: 7 mansions, including Washington DC, worth multi-millions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Law Enforcement - I voted to cut every law enforcement, CIA, and defense bill in my career as a US Senator. I ordered Boston to remove a fire hydrant in front of my mansion, thereby endangering my neighbors in the event of fire.

MILITARY:

I used three minor injuries to get an early discharge from the military and service in Vietnam (as documented by the attending doctor). I then returned to the US, joined Jane Fonda in protesting the war, and insulted returning Vietnam vets, claiming they committed atrocities and were baby killers. I threw my medals, ribbons, or something away in protest.

Or did I? My book, Vietnam Veterans Against the War: The New Soldier, shows how I truly feel about the military.

COLLEGE:

I graduated from Yale University with a low C average.

PAST WORK EXPERIENCE:

I ran for U.S. Congress and have been there ever since. I have no real world experience except marrying rich women and running HJ Heinz vicariously through my wife Teresa

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

As a US Senator I set the record for the most liberal voting record, exceeding even Ted Kennedy and Hillary Clinton. I have consistently failed to support our military and CIA by voting against budgets, thus gutting our country's ability to defend itself. Although I voted for the Iraq War, now I am against it and refuse to admit that I voted for it. I voted for every liberal piece of legislation. I have no plan to help this country but I intend to raise taxes significantly if I am elected.

My wealth so far exceeds that of my counterpart, George Bush, that he will never catch up. I make no or little charitable contributions and have never agreed to pay any voluntary excess taxes in MA, despite family wealth in excess of $700 million.

I (we) own 28 manufacturing plants (Heinz) outside of the U.S. in places like Asia, Mexico and Europe. We can make more profit from the cheaper cost of labor in those Countries, although I Blame George Bush for sending all of the jobs out of Country.

Although I claim to be in favor of alternative energy sources, Ted Kennedy and I oppose windmills off Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard as it might spoil our view of the ocean as we cruise on our yachts.

RECORDS AND REFERENCES:

None.

PERSONAL

I ride a Serotta Bike.

My Gulfstream V Jet I call The Flying Squirrel.

I call my $850,000 42-foot Hinckley twin diesel yacht the "Scaramouch".

I am fascinated by rap and hip-hop and feel it reflects our real culture.

I own several "Large" SUVs including one parked at my Nantucket summer mansion, though I am against large polluting inefficient vehicles and blame George Bush for the energy problems.

"Kerry doing what he does best, demoralizing our troops and undermining the US. Way to go, Comrade Kerry"

Absolutely on target.

Kerry did this on foreign soil, while we're at war, in front of the troops...

I can't print what I'm thinking.

This is just so wrong that he does this, this John Kerry - that he would go and weaken the resolve of our troops over in Iraq! The man should be reprimanded or censored for doing such a thing.

Too bad for Kerry that he's not getting all the attention he wants. He has to share it with Tsunami victims.

Maybe we shouldn't have disbanded the Iraqi Army -- BUT Kerry was classless attacking the CIC in front of the troops. Just like Vietnam. Here he goes again.

Someone needs to remind Lurch that he lost the election, and as a result those are still Bush's judgements to make.

Relax! Kerry is just trolling for votes in the Sunni Triangle. His advisors tell him that he has a real shot at the Presidency -- of Iraq.

Kerry is a Traitor, who despite acknowledgement he lost, is acting as though he's President. He cannot help it.

Kerry was back in the national spotlight for the first time in decades. He got to pretend he was an equal to the President of the United States. He doesn't realize he never was G.W.'s equal as a man, let alone in rank.

For once I agree with Kerry, Bremer should not have disbanded the Iraqi army.

Okay Einstein, what would you be saying now if we kept the army together, and all the subversives within would occasionally slaughter our forces. I assume you would have allowed the army to keep its weapons? If not, what good would an army without weapons be? Maybe a little more thought would show how rediculous these MSM pimps and politicians rea at being monday morning QBs

You can bet it ain't Theerayzaa's money. My bet, is the US taxpayers are footing the bill.

This SOB should be barred from ever returning into our country. He is a disgrace and should not be a Senator.
