The Terri Schindler Schiavo Daily Threads are created month to month as we watch local and national news regarding Terri and her family.

Since Terri's supporters are in every time zone, you may see something FIRST. Please share news with us that you don't see here already. Now, why would you want to do that? Terri's Daily Thread for September/October of 2004 was viewed over 15,000 times. Terri's November Daily Thread was viewed over 6,000 times. December's thread is over 3,000 views.

More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.

Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.

Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.

Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

ROCKVILLE -- Lawyers for the American Civil Liberties Union of Connecticut argued Friday that serial killer Michael Ross could suffer "excruciating pain" during his execution by lethal injection Jan. 26, and asked a federal judge to stay the execution and hold hearings on the process the state plans to use.

Is this the same ACLU that sides with Michael Schiavo - believing that it's okay to starve Terri to death? They don't care that Terri will suffer but they care that a serial killer will suffer? The whole world has turned upside down.

Visit the ACLU web site. They have a section devoted to protecting the disabled. They are breaking their own mission statement to help Michael Schiavo and his death lawyers.

In the Schiavo case, Sixth Circuit Court Judge George W. Greer ruled at trial level that clear and convincing evidence did exist that Terri Schiavo was PVS...

Just to let you know I just E-Mailed Glenn Beck and suggested that he (secretly with assistance of Terri's parents and new attorneys) visit Terri and wear a hidden camera. What a show he could do!

Terri's visitor list will never include Glenn Beck's name unless she's safe from the Hospice system and the death ghouls. I'm glad you emailed Glenn though. Maybe he'll start talking about Terri again. Nobody should think for a minute that TERRI IS SAFE UNTIL APRIL. She's not. That's Judge Baird's case. Judge Greer's the one who can pull the feeding tube at any time.

PLEASE ALERT YOUR JACKSONVILLE AND SURROUNDING AREA TERRI SUPPORTERS. A good time for SIGN PLACEMENT AND A WAVE CAMPAIGN ON THE ROUTE TO THE COLLEGE. THERE'S MORE THAN ONE CASE. The case at the US Supreme Court is Michael Schiavo v. Jeb Bush (Terri's Law constitutionality of). JUDGE BAIRD

The case in Pinellas County is the Guardianship Case-File. JUDGE GREER

That's the basic structure which means that OUR LOBBYING MUST GO ON EVERY DAY.

JUDGE W. DOUGLAS BAIRD is the Pinellas Circuit Court Judge in the case of Michael Schiavo v. Governor Jeb Bush. Judge Baird did not allow Governor Bush to have a trial of any kind. He ruled on its face that Terri's Law was unconstitutional and that Jeb should have minded his own business so to speak.

Governor Bush is a defendant who didn't get due process. That's the case that's at the US Supreme Court. The Fla Supremes ruled that Jeb Bush went too far when he signed Terri's Law which saved her life. The House & Senate also wrote and signed Terri's Law.

WHO'S USURPING WHO? Governor Bush deserves to have a trial, (in this instance Terri is Jeb's ward) like any other defendant in the United States. HE WAS DENIED!

JUDGE BAIRD IS BACKING HIS BUDDY JUDGE GREER TO THROW TERRI OVERBOARD. Yet, if you see the accounts above, Terri's alert and aware of her surroundings and she's not miserable. She's seems to be happy and maintains a sense of humor.

SCHIAVO APPELLATE COURT DENIES "PAPAL" APPEAL
DUNEDIN, FLORIDA, December 29, 2004

"--Florida's Second District Court of Appeal, in an order without opinion, has denied the appeal of THERESA SCHIAVO'S parents to reopen her case based upon a recent statement of Pope John Paul II.

The parents' claim--that MRS. SCHIAVO would now choose to be tube fed due to the Pope's speech on the subject--was first rejected by the Pinellas County Probate Court in October.

MICHAEL SCHIAVO, MRS. SCHIAVO'S husband and Guardian, who chose not to file a brief in the parents' appeal, praised the appellate court's "prompt and definitive denial of the Schindlers' frivolous claim." [republics addition-WHAT A PIG! ]

The probate court's stay order, which has prevented the removal of MRS. SCHIAVO'S artificial life-support [ Republic's additon-Well..........yes...........FOOD IS NECESSARY FOR LIFE!.......that DIRTY CREEP.....life support????? WHAT A JERK!!!!!!!!!!] until resolution of the "Papal" appeal, will automatically terminate upon the issuance of the appellate court's mandate. The mandate will be issued in fifteen days, or upon denial of any motion for rehearing filed by the parents. There is currently no stay preventing removal of the feeding tube in the constitutional litigation between MICHAEL SCHIAVO and Governor Bush, now pending in the United States Supreme Court."

I believe that the visitation review the Schindler's attorneys wrote up after actually visiting with Terri this past Christmas eve is the single most damaging thing to come out as far as Felos, MS and Bushnell along with the ACLU has to contend with....if the report written by these attorneys were to reach middle America...the OUTCRY would be IMMENSE.

Terri is ALERT, RESPONSIVE, LISTENS, REACTS, RECOGNIZES family vs strangers and THIS HAS TO GET OUT. She is NOT ON LIFE SUPPORT...SHE IS BEING FED and NOT ALLOWED to relearn swallowing!

Help with the U.S. House & Senate. Feel free to also contact our Florida leaders as "tutstar" did yesterday in a letter to House Speaker Allan Bense. It's important to LOBBY ON THE SIDE OF TRUTH, that Terri's is alert and aware of her surroundings and that she can breathe on her own... This worked for me. We all have a different way of food delivery. Should people who use chopsticks be euthanized because they don't use a fork and spoon? Are only fork and spoon eaters deserving of life? Terri receives her nutrition in a different way. HOW DOES THAT JUSTIFY TAKING HER LIFE? It doesn't. It is TORTURE AND ABUSE, ENDING IN HER MURDER BY MEDICAID DOCTORS "for the husband and for the judicial "klan" we have here.
