The Terri Schindler Schiavo Daily Threads are created month to month as we watch local and national news regarding Terri and her family.
Since Terri's supporters are in every time zone, you may see something FIRST. Please share news with us that you don't see here already. Now, why would you want to do that? Terri's Daily Thread for September/October of 2004 was viewed over 15,000 times. Terri's November Daily Thread was viewed over 6,000 times. December's thread is over 3,000 views.
More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

Lindsey Graham is the only maverick. I like that about him. I'll call him again next week as this DCF story develops or is spiked. Either way, it's out there. DCF failed classes of people, failed to protect them by reporting cases to law enforcement. DCF may be the fall guy. IF SO, THERE NEEDS TO BE A MORATORIUM ON ANY AND ALL DCF CASES THAT WERE SEALED OR SPIKED, especially where they are planning to use medicaid to kill Terri.

Called Senate President Tom Lee's office and told them about the 1. DCF failure to protect classes of people but that news re: same was already spiked 2. There is PUBLIC SUPPORT for a new Bill 692 to protect disabled Floridians im Terri's circumstances. 3. I asked that it leave committee and GET TO THE FLOOR in light of 1. & 2. FV

Wow Terri is some talented dead person! She can follow instructions.
Terri starts out apparently asleep. A doctor wakes her to start his tests.
Doctor: Terri. Open your eyes up...
Terri: (Startled at hearing her name. She starts moving her mouth and fluttering her eyes, like a person who is just waking up)
Doctor: Open your eyes, Terri open your eyes
Terri: (slowly at first, Terri struggles to open her eyes, then turns toward the doctor, and opens her eyes a normal amount)
Doctor: There you go, good.
Terri: (then, either to show off(?) or wanting to perform well, she leans further forward toward the doctor, looks straight at him and opens her eyes as WIDE AS SHE CAN. >> Note the WRINKLES ACROSS HER FOREHEAD caused by her also RAISING HER EYEBROWS as high as possible )
Doctor: [now obviously impressed] GOOD!! GOOD JOB! GOOD JOB YOUNG LADY! Good Job.
For those who may know the answer, IS THE ACHA part of the Dept. of Health, who said Terri's matters were unfounded and didn't not go further???

Your above report about someone from DOJ being at The Empire Journal and reading The Perfect Murder, and maybe getting a grand jury convened...How do you know THIS?
ACHA was the agency that stated everything was peaches and creme with Terri. They are separate from the Department of Health as I understand it. One deals with doctors and facilities and the other with patient care standards. I could be wrong, though.
