John F. Kerry has indicated through sources close to the Democrat party that he intends file papers supporting the Green Party/Libertarian Party recount effort in Ohio.
Kerry's filings will consist of a request for expedited discovery as it pertains to a voting machine system known as Triad Systems, and secondly, a motion for a preservation order to preserve evidence in the same matter. These filings are to be made in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Rep. John Conyer of Michigan and the ranking minority member of the House Judiciary Committee, has plans to ask the Federal Bureau of Investigation and a county prosecutor in Ohio today to explore "inappropriate and likely illegal election tampering" in at least one and perhaps several Ohio counties.
This follows the delivery of a sworn affidavit provided by the Hocking County deputy director of elections, Sherole Eaton, in which she alleges that a representative of Triad Governmental Systems, the Ohio firm that created and maintains the vote-counting software in dozens of Ohio counties, made several adjustments to the Hocking County tabulator last Friday, in advance of the state's recount, which is taking place this week.
As I recall the kerry campaign had about 15 million left over and the democrats were upset that he did not spend it all. So I guess that he is trying to make them happoy.

I am concerned. I see the stupid god haters as seeing the washington(puke) thing as a groundswell for challenging more votes in ohio. We really really need to plan to outfraud them next time.

Speaking of that, does that actually impact his electoral total? Or do they simply divine the electoral votors 'intent?'

I'll predict that just as Al Gore lost in 2000 and has since faded into relative oblivion. Kerry will find less and less support from his Democratic Senatorial peers in the near future.

Herself is going to have to handle the 2008 campaign for the Presidency very carefully, operating through "draft" committees, with whom Herself cannot be seen as having a controlling hand. After all, Herself has to get re-elected to the Senate in 2006, if credibility is not to suffer. But the day AFTER election, 2006, Herself will be free to pull of the gloves.
And expect Herself to run to the right of the Republican party on balanced budget and illegal immigration.
Another civil war is coming. Storm clouds are heavy. It won't be long.
Shouldn't we find someone named John L. Kerry to step forward and claim those electors. The thought of that makes me laugh.
