As I recall the kerry campaign had about 15 million left over and the democrats were upset that he did not spend it all. So I guess that he is trying to make them happoy.
They wanted the money back from what I hear...
I would donate a few bucks to see J. Frickin' Kerry make an even bigger fool of himself.
