Since all bodies are heterosexual, homosexuality is a denial of reality. Once upon a time that was mental illness. Today it's not. Maybe Psychiatrists are all suffering from mental illness?
Shalom.
LOL... so I'm a little slow on the uptake sometimes. :)
Actually, it's what I get for not reading the whole thread before I reply.
Hey ain't Wonder Warthog a name from the Bay area Zap Comix??? Well Zap was many things and at least politically correct was not one of them.
Of course, this is common sense; without parasitically siphoning from heterosexuals, homosexuals would become extinct within ONE generation.

First of all, I don't think the article states whether it was a longitudinal or cross sectional study. Most national youth studies these days tend to be longitudinal. Second, even if it's cross sectional, it's not meaningless. Let's say you found that 8% of 15 year olds in 2000 reported being "gay," but in the same year only 2% of the 25 year olds did likewise. Such evidence by itself would suggest that "gayness" is not an intrinsic or pre-determined characteristic of individuals.
Your remarks about margin of error are simply speculation.
How old are you?
What motivates them? Are they still trying to seek "daddy's" approval for their aberrant behavior? LOL.
Made up on the spot? Don't think so, troller.
Do you want a source for the 2-4% fact?(That homosexuals constitute only 2-4% of the total population)
Look here:

Multiple scientific studies referenced
You weren't really specific on what you wanted sourced, anyway, so I'll start with that.
I know! I was trying to get our recently "outed" troll to admit it!
The homo-advocacy group HRC in their Lawrence bried admitted that the maximum number of homosexuals is 2.7% of the population. The 10% number has long been discredited and the 2.7% number is still suspect.
The a portion of the long term prison population chooses homosexual conduct in prison and when release chooses to stop the homosexual conduct.
There is more than enough empircal and scientific evidence to discredit the notion of "born" homosexual that has been fabricated in the last half century.
Excellent response.
Why does anyone make bad life choices which can destroy them, their families and friends?
Check the links I posted. Even after your account is banned, you can still read FR.
"maybe being a good parent means letting your kids do whatever makes them the happiest for the short time they are on this earth as long as it is not harmful or illegal."
Prostitution is legal in Nevada. But I'll still raise my daughter not to become one. I believe that having a normal hetersexual family life is a good thing, and I want my children to have that. There's nothing wrong with this normative belief and I don't want schools or shrinks messing with it.
Why would anyone choose to be gay?
They don't - they're confused. From here:
"As a former homosexual, I can tell you first-hand homosexuality is birthed out of dysfunction. No one is born 'gay', and in most cases no one chooses to be 'gay.' Homosexuality tragically develops early on in the childhood bumping the individual down a path they would probably never have chosen. Homosexuality is abnormal, unnatural, unhealthy, mentally and emotionally destructive and in many cases deadly. I know: I've buried countless friends who've died from AIDS.Science supports the above as well, along with the fact that there are tens of thousands of former homosexuals.
And from here:
Each year, thousands of men and women with same sex attractions make the personal decision to leave homosexuality. Their choice is one only they can make. However, there are other people who refuse to respect that choice, and endeavor to attack the ex-gay community...I dont know where that study is from, but many studies have concluded that the percentage of gay people is closer to 10%,
You've bought the lie and/or you're reading all the wrong sources. The 10% is a lie and a myth. It's never been true and homosexual groups have so admitted:
Homosexual Advocacy Groups Admit 10% Fallacy
"Why does anyone make bad life choices which can destroy them, their families and friends?"
Thanks. Even good people can make bad choices. It's in our nature, as is the ability to change our lives for the better.
Absolutely. The point I was trying to make is that no one wakes up one day and says, "I think I'll be gay."
They may read a book, then another, then attend a lecture, then participate in a couple of meetings of the gay/lesbian club at school, and so on and so on. Each step is a choice, but the individual isn't truly conscious of saying "Hey, I think I'll be gay."

Not necesarily. If there is a gay gene, it could well be recessive. That would explain why one child in a family ends up gay while the others are straight.

So true.
What's frightening, though, is that the schools are now trying to ensure that children not only make these bad choices, but make them for a lifetime.
When will we have a conservative President or Congress with the b*lls to take down the state-run school establishment?
