A thread that I started got pulled without explanation by a Jim Robinson. I'm new here and don't know how to ask the appropriate person (Jim Robinson) why. How do I do that please?

I always loved my country but I never LOVED it, if you know what I mean.
My son just turned 20 and he's a Republican, my daughter is 24 and she's a Republican. They will make up for all the years I lost being A democrat. Three of my other three kids vote Republican but are DIMs.. I'll take care of that soon.I'll pull my "Mother is sickly" act on them. By hook or by crook...they'll change to Republicans, shoot they are Republican, in all but name.
Well... it IS a free country (and a free republic at that!), so I suppose you're entitled to do what you want... but, as a suggestion, please take the armor off first. Wouldn't want to have that damaged, now would we?

I remember getting a bit of a complex about a month or two back.
Every single newbie I said "Welcome to FR" to got nabbed by the mods.
It was as if they were snickering behind the decorative floral arrangements and waiting to see who I dropped that phrase to.
It was like the kiss of death that day.
I sat in a corner for a bit afraid to say hello to anyone because absolutely every newbie I said it to was nabbed.
Mental image was of the mods going "Wait! Wait! Let's see who he's speaking to now! Whoop! Newbie! [And a troll to boot!]"
Gave me a major complex for awhile there.
Made me look over the shoulder so to speak whenever I post to new signups now.
I have a four drawer chest that is filled with odd socks. I know if I throw them away....the very next day I will find their mates.
Hey...maybe some of your socks got caught in the worm-hole and are now at my house.

Ok I'll weigh in after lurking all through the thread. Lets try to put a profile on this guy, after seeing his first try at a post, response to the post being pulled and his subsequent replies I would guess:
1. College student just now trying to get involved in a little more of a meaningfull blog, but dove in head first and got hammered!
2. Has been IMing his friends for years
3. Is a little bit unsecure about him/her self
4. would guess that this is a 19/20 year old guy.
5. Not sure if he is a liberal or conservative but likely leaning left or else he would have a little more to say than "you show intelligence" or " you show a lack of intelligence"
am I close SPikey?

I remember doing odd double posts once or twice, and asking the mods to pull one of the duplicates.
Well, with one of them in particular, the effect was humorous.
So it ended up staying.
My post on that one thread about Holland and the muslim gangs roaming about has got to be in the hall of shame.
