ZOT! How does one contact a Free Republic "representative?"
Posted on 12/02/2004 8:43:40 AM PST by SpikeyInWis
A thread that I started got pulled without explanation by a Jim Robinson. I'm new here and don't know how to ask the appropriate person (Jim Robinson) why. How do I do that please?

Naah.
You just reached me.
Sometimes we get troll types who say things similar to "Well, I didn't think there was group think going on, but you proved my point!"
Of course, the other day there was a troll who kept saying that 'anyone who disagrees with Dubya is a troll/traitor/liberal/etc etc etc.'
*shrugs*
Sometimes they're easy to spot.

"Ping" is one of the most prolific posters here on FR. The guy really gets around, doesn't he? He must also be psychic. Somehow he always draws my attention to threads I'm really interested in. I don't know how he does it because we've never met!

'It's nice to see that there is some intelligent life here.'Still being condescending, eh?
Like I told the other 'chew-toy' a few days ago -"Attitude is job one".
Be gone then, troll. Just remember, it is YOU who is trying to gain OUR trust!

You mean the trebuchet is not a ride, and such activities are not recommended?

I would say that "There everywhere." is a sentence. You have no verb. As it appears to refer to the spelling police, they're is the easiest way to fix it. Since they're and there are homonyms, it was reasonable to think you had porked it up by accident, hence the police action.

It's possible that I'm crazy. Are you sure I'm really a Queen as I state. Or is it possible that I only say I'm the Queen and really just a commoner? Will you ever know for sure...?We'll let the Borax Queen sort it out...
Well???

What are you specifically refering to in reference to my 'making worse'? Hmmmm?

Sentences do exist in our language without verbs. I know the "man" wants to keep them down yet I strive to keep them free!

My favorites are..."Kerry should have won the election going by all the votes he received" How can people say that?
Those are busted right off the bat. All their feigned indignation is so easy to spot.
