Prayers for Chip, that his soul may rest in peace, and for his family and friends who will miss him. I pray also for your daughter and your whole family. Chip's letter to your wife is an inspiration of the power of the Love of God overcoming all difficulties in life on earth.

Condolences to his family and friends. Read the thread you posted the other night that included a letter from him. Didn't "know" him on FR, but from what I have read he seemed to be a very decent man. Thank you for sharing his story with us.

Prayer's being said for Chip's family, friends, and for your family, and your daughter, that the Lord give you comfort and Peace through this difficult time.
I read the letter you posted from Chip to his family and friends last week. I think he is an example of someone who seemed ordinary, but, who was in fact, an extraordinary person.
What a wonderful, inspirational letter he wrote. He gave all of us a great example of faith and selflessness through his life and through his writing about his last days.
God Bless him. He has gone home to be with our Lord. He is in a much better place watching over his family and friends now.
