Former President William Jefferson Clinton formerly opens his Presidential Center, which will hold the papers from his two term presidency.
Attending the ceremony will be President George W. Bush, former Presidents Jimmy Carter and George H.W. Bush, along with First Lady Laura Bush ,Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Rosalyn Carter and Barbara Bush.

Now on MSNBC the clintons (including Chelsea with her hair straightened and flipped) with the Bushes.
It appeared Bill was pointing out things to GWB while HRC was doing the same with Laura. Laura Bush is wearing a plum outfit.
