Washington, DC, Nov. 9 (UPI) -- Observers watching the counting of New Mexico's 2004 provisional and absentee ballots have uncovered evidence of voter fraud, Opinion Journal said Tuesday.
O.J. political diarist John Fund said the Bernalillo County clerk "told media outlets that observers had discovered instances of voter fraud" during the attempt to qualify 18,000 provisional and absentee ballots cast in last week's presidential election.
"In counting the first 5,000 provisional ballots," Fund reported, "observers turned up 53 instances of individuals voting more than once. They also found four voters who were dead and dozens of felons attempting to vote. In two cases, the same individual tried to vote three times: early, absentee and on Election Day."

Can anyone think of a way to commit voter fraud on a recount? Report your candidate's results in a base between 2 and 9.

The perpetrators should be found and prosecuted. Absolutely... Election fraud should be elevated to a higher class of felony and aggressively prosecuted.

Do you know if your co-worker voted a provisional ballot?
If it is a provisional ballot I believe you can file a challenge to the vote. You would have to swear or affirm that his vote is illegal. It should still be in the Provisional ballot envelope - which Identifies him.
This is how to stop voter fraud - one prosecution at a time.

Left wingers just want to win. They don't care about the truth. They're the ones behind all this corruption.

Thanks- I picked it up. I suspect the Left won't go too far down the "we wuz robbed!" road in other states because I really think it runs 10 to 1 in their disfavor.

AS for who the vote helped, consider the gov of new mexico is Bill Richardson and he headed Kerry's campaign in New Mexico so we may be able to draw conclusion from there.

Welcome to FR. If you had been following all the NM info on the site, you would have a different opinion. Those of us who live here remember how a "lost" ballot box was found that gave the state to Gore in 2000. Check out http://www.freerepublic.com/perl/profiles?location=79

Bush won the popular vote in 2000. Voter fraud by Democrats created millions of Gore votes.
This time around, the Republicans voted in such large numbers than the fraud machine could not change the outcome.
Nevertheless, Democratic Party bosses cannot change their nature. Voting fraud is part of their nature.

The system is working and this story sounds more like baiting for personal engrandizement rather than actual news. dung.
This is sarcasm, right? If not, you need to investigate this issue much more thoroughly.

[snip]The issue is not likely to die a quiet death. New Mexico Secretary of State Rebecca Vigil-Giron asked the state supreme court Monday to overturn a lower court ruling allowing Republican observers into the polls in Sandoval and Dona Ana counties. Vigil-Giron, a Democrat and elected official, is also seeking permission to evict the observers the Bernalillo County clerk allowed in to watch the counting, contending that New Mexico law does not provide for observers to be part of the...[snip]
"Observing" is Baaaaaad, it really impedes the Democrat cheating process.

More evidence that the rats are not capable of winning an election on their merits.
They have to use voter fraud, exit poll fraud and then FNC/ABCNNBCBS and the MSM fishwraps commit massive Fraudcast/prining to even come close in an election.

Trever's a great political cartoonist. He understands NM and is right-on with his cartoons. BTW, the ABQJournal endorsed W and has been playing straight with the news. They also have not been hesitant about hitting Richardson when he tries the little dictator routine, and there have been more than a few examples the past two years.
