I think it's a great test market for ideas.

It's a great research arm.

A great instant reaction resource.....There really are an awful lot of bright, experienced folks from many professions and walks of life that frequent the pages of FR.

Well said - I myself a devoted Freeper during this election got hammered for presenting information based upon a talk Radio Show participant. Had I been from MoveOn.org, they may have ran my story and I may have been interviewed with Katie Couric. The fellow Freepers here are extremely intelligent! And I am humbled by how much I have learned from all of you!

When I was down, I got on here and everyone pumped me up and encouraged me to GOTV...Everyone was great and we all pulled together. when I needed to be slapped up...someone slapped me, figuratively of course...Many late nights I'd sit here at the computer and just laugh and laugh and laugh at the funny things said...Free Republic is Great and it helped me to help in the re-election of GW Bush...
