Provisional Votes only count if you showed up at the correct precinct and they didn't have your name. If you went to the wrong precinct, you lose.

Are you 100% on that? In California, technically, any registered voter may vote in any precinct, provisionally. It's subject to verification, after which the vote will count.

Would Kerry really want to hold out for overseas ballots, like the military votes? Hmmmmmm? That might be just a little humiliating for the "war hero", me thinks!!!!!!!

Liberals are in the Kubler-Ross Death and Dying stages. They are in the denial stage now.

Well, my guess of 400+ in the Electoral College didn't hold up either.

But I guess no was paying me for my guesses; since I at least was correct on the winner, maybe they should have been! ;-)

Blitzer and Gergen are trying to twist, contort and manipulate the remaining #'s in order to create a Kerry win.

CNN: OHIO is now TCTC (too close to call)

This is a totally different situation than four years ago. That 537 vote difference in Florida presented a genuine crisis. Even though most of us were confident that Bush would rightly prevail, it made for a lot of nervous days - weeks, actually.

Here we are going to have Bush 100,000 votes ahead or more. There can be no recount, as in Florida. Furthermore, Kerry would have to win about 90% of those "provisional ballots" to even have a chance, and we know that's not going to happen.

In other words, this contesting of Ohio is a joke. I'm going to get a good night sleep tonight and I'm not going to worry about it. If the Dems want to contest Ohio, they are going to make fools of themselves.

And we still have a chance of making Ohio a moot point anyhow if we can finish off in Iowa, New Mexico, Nevada and Hawaii.

>Rules don't matter, institutions don't matter, laws don't matter, the country doesn't matter, people don't matter. To them, it's all about their own power.

Half this country needs radical moral rehabilitation. The 'rats are mentally sick.

I almost wish he would, but he needs to concede for the good of the nation.

They don't see it that way. They're divinely ordained to hold power. They are the chosen ones. Only they know what's best for the world, the country, your state, your town, you. They're smarter than everyone else. If they don't win, then obviously, they were cheated! The sheeple were duped! There was fraud!

Hardcore Rats have never legitimately lost an election, in their minds. It's never their fault.

Kerry will stand on the deck of the Democratic swift boat and continue to bark orders as it burns and sinks around him...because he can't lose. He's like every bad B-movie villain when the hero foils him at the end..."but, my plan can't fail! I can't be defeated!"
