Voter Fraud Alert!
Numerous Reports of Moveon.org
Within 100 Feet of Polling places
There continue to be reports regarding Moveon.org violating Minnesota electionlaw, including having operatives within 100 feet of the polling place.
The statute states: No one except an election official or an individual who is waiting to register to vote shall stand within 100 feet of the entrance to a polling place. The entrance to a polling place is the doorway or point of entry leading into the room or area where voting is occurring (Minn. Stat. Sec. 204C.06 Subd.1)
Minnesota law also reads: (a) Representatives of the secretary of states office, the county auditors office, and the municipal or school district clerks office may be present at the polling place to observe election procedures. Except for these representatives, election judges, sergeants-at-arms, and challengers, an individual may remain inside the polling place during voting hours only while voting or registering to vote, providing proof of residence for in individual who is registering to vote, or assisting a handicap voter or a voter who is unable to read English (Minn. Stat. Sec. 204C.06 Subd.2)

There was a moron.org guy at my polling place in Wisconsin, but I'm pretty sure he was 100 feet away from the enntrance. Unfortunately he only lives 2 dorrs down from me and I recognized him from when he canvassed the neighborhood a week ago.
Move On was in the SLP community center, but over 100 feet from the actual area for voting. I would assume that is harmless?
Not surprised at all but am loving every minute of Republiclans fighting back!
: )
No matter.
We're ALL ready to rumble, Lady.
...so let's roll.
Not that I'm expecting problems up in Isanti county-- there' plenty of Bush signs around. I still have to drive 15 miles to my polling place though. I don't want to hear anything about disenfranchisement due to the placement of polling places!
No problem in Blaine, but I was hoping =)
Posted a link on the Minnesota board.
MoveOn in Little Canada, MN also. Clearly on the school grounds.

Depends on if he coughed on you ... don't let him get too close. :-)
Click the picture & goto "last" for the latest on Vote Fraud:
...and a note from your compiler of links- near the "last" are links about ACORN, Project Vote, PIGRIM, and other far-Left pressure groups who hide under the "activist" label while subverting representative government.
These nasty characters demean and dilute the value of everyone's vote.
The plan, besides their hope of throwing the election to sKerry, is to so thoroughly corrupt the election results that Mr. Bush will either not be taken seriously, or open to impeachment.
You had better take this stuff seriously- it is a dagger aimed at the heart of the Republic.
Bump and thanks for the ping! I will pass this on.
hahahaaa!
I agree it's a commie tactic - but I'm sure PhiKapMom isn't surprised by these incidents.
You are absolutely right. My chuckling is out of a sense of incredulity now, not humor. It's like gallows humor - no other way to cope with the insanity you're watching anymore.
Everyone! Keep a camera in the car, at the very least, this day.
I don't find them funny at all! I am with you 100%!
Thanks for that report!
