The Dems bussed union guys up from Massachusetts to harass and intimidate Benson supporters at the Benson-Lynch gubernatorial debates, and you can help offset the Dem influence that is sure to be brought to bear here.
Even if that's so, the Sixth Circuit could not have "reversed" two U.S. district court rulings in short order like this. Where (and when) was the briefing? U.S. Courts of Appeals sit in panels of three (or sit en banc with the full court) and issue opinions affirming or reversing based on a fully briefed case. That obviously didn't happen here.
As I said, the only thing that could have happened was that a stay was granted. But that's incredibly unlikely, because a stay will be granted only if the full panel is going to hear the case. And we're talking about two separate cases here.

I actually think that the poster misheard the announcement, because the only Ohio opinion out yet relates to the number of poll watchers, but the 6th circuit hasn't yet ruled on this issue. It's not on it's website, and it's not reported anywhere else. Nor is it "repeated" on Fox. So I just think that the report was misheard. The 6th Circuit is expected to rule in the next 3 hours.

While the system usually works as King of Florida described it, the rules change in situations like this, where immediate action (or an immediate stay) is necessary to prevent judicial mischief. What typically happens in such cases is that the appellate court will issue a decision based either on the briefs of the parties below or its own legal research (or, rather, that of the judges' law clerks).
I'm an appellate attorney, too. I'm not sure as you, though. It's convenient enough to write Dlott's ruling off as that of a wacked-out Clintonista appointee, but Adams' ruling -- he's a Bush appointee -- is another story altogether.
While it's true that given the time constraints, a single judge on the Sixth Circuit could have granted a stay under Fed. R. App. P. 8, again, we're talking about two cases here. Plus I still think we would have heard about it somewhere else other than the little erroneous Fox blurb.

Awesome conformation. Do you know I have my bible open to 2Chronicles Chapter6 at this moment. I thought about putting this verse but I felt all of 2 chronicles starting from chapter 6 would be good for all of us to read tonight.
