For those not in the know, Marin County is ground zero in the war on the mental disorder known as liberalism. We are what the other side of the Golden Gate Bridge is attached to. Some of our more infamous citizens include Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Sean Penn and none other than Johnny Jihad Walker Lindh. Yes that's right, the same Taliban Johnny now doing 20 years up the stony lonesome courtesy of Federal Prosecutors.
I am the last to shrink from a battalion of leftist crusaders, and have in the past taken the fight right to them. With that in mind I got in touch with our largest local excavation contractor Ghilotti Bros. in San Rafael and asked if they could spare one of their 8 foot by 4 foot Bush Cheney signs. Arrangements were made to pick the sign up today with the intent of getting in some Liberal face!
I will be standing on the busiest street corner in San Rafael within an hour of this posting, and every single Liberal coming home northbound on Hwy. 101 taking the Central San Rafael exit is going to get an up close and face full of yours truly and my Uber Bush Cheney sign. For those in the know, look for me at the corner of Irwin and Third Street, right in front of the French Quarter buildings. This is the same place the left wing lunatics are protesting at every Friday night.
Tomorrow morning I will return to the same area and will be on prominent display at the corner of Hetherton and Second, and the same group that got a face full will get it again on their way to work [do they really work?]. The middle of the day I will hit the polling place, and in the afternoon, I once again will be on the Irwin and Third corner to catch the crowd on the way home to vote.
Marin is a hostile place for a fellow like me, and at times very very lonely. I expect lots cat calls, getting flipped off and general rude gestures and yelling from the woodstock retreads and Gerry Garcia fan club. Fortunately for me I am Freeper, and will be armed with the truth should any of them pull over and confront me. I am sure I will get several that will pull over, park and walk back a few blocks just to get in my face.
If any Freepers in Marin want some excitement in their lives, feel free to join me. Grab your flack jackets and leave the beer behind.
After action report will be filed of course, and I will have my digital camera with me to record some of the lunatics.
God bless George Bush, America and all Freedom loving people.
Wish me luck..
Cheers from the front line...
I'll add you to my prayer list.
Who says there are no real men left?
Wear a helmet. And maybe some body armor. There was a story out of FL last week about a man who almost ran down some Bush supporters on a street corner, and Katherine Harris was among them.
God Bless You!! Have a blast and give 'em hell! : ) Go BUSH/CHENEY!!!
WAY TO GO!
I'm in the south bay, wish I could get up there to join you.
Keep fighting the good fight!
HoooooWah!
Go get 'em!
God Bless You and keep you safe and may God grant us a great victory tomorrow!
For those of you who don't know,Marin is the epicenter of the limousine liberal.
As a county,Marin has the third highest income per capita. The other two,I believe, are small counties that are tax havens for the very rich. This is a county where people actually live.
The poorest county in America is in eastern Kansas,it will go 80%+ for Bush. Marin will go 70+ for Kerry.
We can hardly wait for your afteraction report.
You go fella! May God bless you as you enter enemy territory.
I am a Sonoma County girl...I know exactly what you're talking about. I get so excited when I see a Bush/Cheney sign or bumper sticker. They are so rare here.
The other day, I shouted "Bush Cheney" when I saw a bumper sticker on a parked truck. I guess I was a little loud...dh almost ran off the road. ;^) It was an old ratted out truck...the person didn't have to worry about having his car vandalized...the only reason we DON'T have a Bush bumper sticker on our car. I KNOW it would get trashed.
Good luck...you are a brave man!
I know San Rafael. All the best to you!
Why does Tiananmen Square come to mind?
Whoa!
I am impressed.
Good Luck!
Prayers to all the FReepers there with you and yourself.
BTTT!
Good for you!
I understand you are in Barbara Boxer's "back yard."
