I just finished listening to Rush regarding the polls. The news is bad for Kerry. The pollsters are doing everything to conceal just how bad it is. The internals of the polls are incredibly positive for Bush, such as something like 85% of the undecideds are leaning toward Bush.
The other amazing thing was Rush played the entire Bin Laden speech WITH translation. And several times without mentioning Kerry's name, Bin Laden said things about Bush word for word that Kerry had said, such as Bush sitting in the class room with second graders as the towers of 9/11 were falling.
Rush played each one of the things Bin Laden said about Bush and then played Kerry saying exactly the same words. There were numerous others, and the point is that Bin Laden was using Kerry's words to attack Bush.
This is not new, but Bin Laden restated that the towers were hit because of the Israeli-U.S. allegiances.
I wasn't able to listen to the entire thing, but it is phenomenal. You can listen on line at Rush's site.
I forgot to say that Rush was reading the internals of the New York Times. You can also go look at those for yourself.
I think all this talk from the pollsters that "they don't know what is going to happen tomorrow . . . We might be surprised by the turn-out and our assumptions may be incorrect" is the pollster's way of covering their butts when GWB wins in a landslide. The pollsters can cover their bias by saying they just did not know what to expect, blah, blah, blah.
VOTE EARLY FOR BUSH/CHENEY and don't give up!
Good post and I hope everyone who did not get to hear the whole Bin Laden tape should go to Rush's site to listen to it.
Thank you for the post. A good read.
Earlier today a mournful Freeper suggested that Rush sounded "depressed" today.
If I have to go look at everything why did you post/ : ) Going to look!
I thought Dennis Prager sounded depressed today. I didn't hear Rush.
I think it's a matter of wanting Bush to win so bad, you can't help be worried about the alternate possibility.
"Earlier today a mournful Freeper suggested that Rush sounded "depressed" today."
He did sound a little down, but came back later to say, "whoa". I think Rush knows how close it is and was trying to urge everyone to get out and vote. He didn't want to sound over confident and have some people sit on the sidelines.
Infiltrators are attempting to demoralize. When we spot 'em, we zot 'em.
If you want to see "mournful" and "depressed" tune into DU Wednesday. Maybe we can take up a collection to buy a truckload of razorblades so the misguided little rodents can end it all peacefully.
I heard that too, and I'm sorry I posted a casual comment earlier today that I was going to listen to Rush tomorrow because he was clearly subdued during the last hour of his pre-2000 election show (which he was). The exit polls may well be more positive this year - or they may not. But each and every one of us need to get out and VOTE like our lives depend on it - because, more so than in 2000, they very well might.
The GOP talk numbers and the DNC talks about Right/Wrong track. Heck ask me about Right/Wrong track and I'll say wrong too, that doesn't say I won't crawl over broken glass to vote for W.
All our thanks go out to Michael Moore, American Hatriot, for the inspiration he has given to Osama bin Ladin.
And with this most recent bombast to come from Osama, that he will exact punishment on any of the "red states" that are so cheeky as to deliver votes that retain Bush in the White House, why, we all better go put down our mark for Kerry. NOT.
This isn't Spain, where voters can be influenced by momentary response to what was an act of war. If Kerry wins, it will be because WAY too many ninnies have been given the right to vote, while remaining totally (and apparently willfully) uninformed.
I immidiately fired off an email to Rush from his web site and few minute after that, he talks about how he is as confident and hopeful as he ever was..:)
It isn't just "Ninnies" who'll vote Kerry. My Grandmother who is 89 cannot imagine any other way to vote besides Dem. She is more conservative then all her grandsons who are voting Republican but believes in her heart of hearts that the socialism of her party(The Dems) is nothing but lies put out by the other guy.
My mother exactly. She spouts the D talking points, hates Bush, and yet she is conservative in her beliefs. We do not talk politics and she just turned 90. So many here have posted similar tales...what happened to my mother? I believe it's a mix of being from the south and all family from childhood being democrats and the effect of Truman, FDR, JFK and, of course, being emotionally involved with Bill Clinton. Strangest thing in the world.
Sorry, but I am not donating anything to the DUmmies. Just tell them where the 387 tons of explosives are and how to detonate it. Let 'em go out with a bang :)
