Earlier today a mournful Freeper suggested that Rush sounded "depressed" today.
I thought Dennis Prager sounded depressed today. I didn't hear Rush.
I think it's a matter of wanting Bush to win so bad, you can't help be worried about the alternate possibility.

He did sound a little down, but came back later to say, "whoa". I think Rush knows how close it is and was trying to urge everyone to get out and vote. He didn't want to sound over confident and have some people sit on the sidelines.
Infiltrators are attempting to demoralize. When we spot 'em, we zot 'em.
If you want to see "mournful" and "depressed" tune into DU Wednesday. Maybe we can take up a collection to buy a truckload of razorblades so the misguided little rodents can end it all peacefully.
I heard that too, and I'm sorry I posted a casual comment earlier today that I was going to listen to Rush tomorrow because he was clearly subdued during the last hour of his pre-2000 election show (which he was). The exit polls may well be more positive this year - or they may not. But each and every one of us need to get out and VOTE like our lives depend on it - because, more so than in 2000, they very well might.
I immidiately fired off an email to Rush from his web site and few minute after that, he talks about how he is as confident and hopeful as he ever was..:)
I thought Rush sounded tired....not depressed.
