The press conference did just fine in showing that Kerry is making accusations without all the information.

That the U.S. military is not the three stooges in camo.

That the President dose not personally control or oversee each sight that held some of thousands of tons of munitions throughout the country. We have a military for that.

Rush carried a good portion of the news conference live. Made fun of panicky reporters grilling the Major trying to put the burden on him to disprove their conspiracy theories.

The major's credentials far outweight any journalism majors. It's not easy becoming a major in the US armed forces AND being in charge of destroying TONS of explosives in a war zone. I despise them for even trying to denigrate him.

The major said he took what could be looted. The otehr bunkers were secure and some had earth and gravel pushed up against the bunkers so it could not be looted. That is what is seen on the later video tapes.

Right. And the bottom line here is we had units in place to clean up the ammo dumps from the beginning. We have a Major who's responsibility to manage our own munitions and destroy the enemies. He was at the objective in April 03 and they removed 200 tons.
