Nationwide polls don't matter all that much. Gore won the nationwide vote but lost the EV. So we should wait to see if these nationwide polls translate to state polls. But like you guys said, trend indicates that Bush has momentum and/or Kerry is sinking back.

"Actually in truth Bush is leading by a larger
number than this"

You are probably right but you have to factor in

dead voters, people being paid to vote as many

times as they can, illegals whose i.d's cannot be

checked in places like Calif. and a host of other

rat tricks to do what they do best; lie, steal,

and cheat their way to victory, not that they

are "desperate" or anything like that!

Kerry just cannot break out of the 45-47% margin. He's trapped there and if 3 presidential debate "wins," one vice presidential debate "win," a 4-day televised national convention can't do it, the Soros-lead half-billion-dollar character assassination 527s, and the Farhenheit 9/11s can't do it, then nothing can.

Kerry is going to lose. All the trends point to a Kerry loss.

Furthermore, a lot of questions have been raised in undecided voters' minds (call it the "Oh Really Factor")about Kerry's credibility (Swiftvets, flip-flopping, etc.) and I just don't see him getting as much of the infamous election day "undecided vote" as, say, a Mondale or Dukakis might traditionally have received.

I predict a Bush victory with 50.5% of the popular vote, and Kerry at 48.5%, with others getting about 2%. Call me an optimist.

I'm a Boston Conservative. My husband and I registered to vote last week. As we were filling out our forms, I told him that even though sKerry will win Mass, it's important that we get our votes for Bush on the record.

I didn't see it, but I heard about it here. To tell you the truth I was surprised that they let O'Neill on the show. It gave them a cover of balanced. I suspect Howdy Doody thought he could get away with controlling him. What the libs who never served don't understand is the steel in these guys spines. The MSM believes their own lies about vets.

I heard clips of that, O' Neill ate ol' Teddy

for lunch several times, he cleaned his clock.

Imagine the MSM using commie data instead of the

real thing, I'm shocked!

Even my parents are pissed off by what Kerry did with his lesbian comment. People at their church are mad at him too. I wonder how many people he offended that night...

We really need to post daily threads on Ohio polling. The Buckeye State really looks to be the key to the election.

Just looking at RCP poll average. It goes all the way back to 9/1/04, it has like 50 different polls during that time. Of all those polls Kerry has led in a grand total of (4)and never more than 4%....W has led in some by as many as 14%

Don't see it. Trading at 54, unchanged from 53.9 as of 3:00 p.m. yesterday.

I watch it everyday, and it seems to me like it takes Tradesports a couple of days to digest news and react.

I can almost guarantee you that if Dashhole wins,

it will be by fraud, he has been trailing most

of the polls I have seen and he even has to distance

himself from Lurch to stand a chance.

Acton MA conservative here. You are so right. If W gets the vote out, he may have coat tails in the MA legislature since the Pubs actually have candidates this year.
BTW - I saw some Kerry commercials (mostly scare ads) on Boston stations. I was shocked. They are probably meant for the southern NH region, but it's good to see him spending money in Boston!

Actually you need a 7 point lead to be outside the margin of error of 3 points for example:

B 50 K 46 could be Bush 47 K 49 or somewhere in between

B 50 K 44 Could be Bush 47 K 47 or somewhere in between

So we need it to be Bush 50 Kerry 43 to be outside the margin of error of 3 percent

I watched the three site excerpts for the first time yesterday evening and it really shocked me. This documentary looks absolutely devastating to Kerry. No wonder the DNC is going to try to move heaven and earth to avoid having it shown. It's going to move voters across many swing states, I think.
