Bush on painting: See the day that is coming, not the day that is gone. That's how I feel about America, we've been thru a lot together the last 3 1/2 years. Americans are permitted a difference of opinion. George W. Bush has permitted a very radical and sometimes violent element to express themselves.

They have said truly ugly things about President Bush and VP Cheney.

The media has waged a never before seen campaign against a sitting president (outside of perhaps Nixon's darkest hour).

John Kerry has time and time again tried to silence those who would dare criticize him and the coverage by the mainstream media.

John Kerry could never handle the heat of the job of POTUS.

Credit where it's due: Kerry's "married up" thing was a great line.

I was about to post about Kerry's utter lack of a sense of irony after he talked about "marrying up," but then he defused it with a joke--an actual joke! A self-deprecating joke! From John Kerry!
