Read through the whole 22 pages. It's pretty lurid. I hope that this isn't true, but it seems like there are a lot of instances of direct quoting in the lawsuit. One wonders whether the Plaintiff had a tape recorder on her...

There are a lot of details, names, dates, times, phone calls, etc. that can easily be checked. For example, O'Reilly urges the plaintiff to get a vibrator, O'Reilly suggests a threesome, etc.
O'Reilly's credibility is shot.

Kobe gets hit with rape charge. Freepers respond that he a a good family man and could never do it and besides, the girl is a slut and only after money or fame or to bring Kobe down and big stars are always having to guard for these types of actions.
