Read through the whole 22 pages. It's pretty lurid. I hope that this isn't true, but it seems like there are a lot of instances of direct quoting in the lawsuit. One wonders whether the Plaintiff had a tape recorder on her...
Linda Tripp part 2.
If she had a recorder, its all over.
Knowing how the left DISPISES O'Reilly & FNC, I'd bet dollars to donuts it's crap.
Hey, maybe we were on to something when we call him O'Blowhard.
H&C would move into to his time slot.
Then maybe we could rehab Scarborough....
The complaint does not allege any evidence (taped phone conversations) and/or witnesses. So it will become a character complaint and she'll need other women to go along. She may have some phone messages, but those were described as non sexual.
So this is the first October surprise. An attempt to bring down the "new media".
Of course it's lurid. It's her side. I'm not a big O'Reilly fan but unless it's more than he said/she said -- i.e. state troopers, dozens of different women, tapes catching him in lies etc. I'll give him a pass.
I wonder if they might've been having an affair and he dumped her. (or she seduced him, got what she wanted, and dumped him)
Possibly a set-up?
Reminds me of Anita Hill. Why would any smart, professional woman stay in the same job (for 4 years in this instance) if she was being treated like this?
Man oh man. Lots of specifics there; of course, specifics can indeed be made up.
I think what bothers me most about the situation is that while all this was going on, she not only stayed, but also continued to go to dinner with him and allow herself to be put in all manner of potentially troublesome situations. Over and over and over and over. I'll wait to see how this plays out, but this same issue is what made Anita Hill totally non-credible with me. Thomas was allegedly this horrible pervert who said all these horrible things, yet she stuck to him like glue for ten years?
Who knows; twill be interesting to follow.
