I watch Scarborough very little. Last night I saw one minute. He decried the "faces" Bush made and thank the Lord J.D. Hayworth was on and told Joe that he might recall that back when he was in Congress he might remember what it was like to stand there and listen to the dems accuse them of starving children and grandma and Hayworth said "We didn't respond like Dr. Spock and neither should President Bush!".
Having assured myself that J.D. would thwack Joe upside the head if he made any more inane comments I moved on to non-political fare. I tune him out basically. He thinks he'll be liked by his new "friends". He's a fool.

Funny pic! I've got a little sympathy for Edwards' wife, though. Look how she's wedged into that booth! It's gotta be hard to eat while your sucking in your gut.

I see we're talking ice cream tonight. It's always a toss up for me between popcorn and ice cream on these live threads.
Thanks for the ping Howlin, hope FR doesn't slow to a crawl tonight.

Second question, to the vice president isnt it true that Haliburton has made you millions while Americans are going broke and starving and youve killed thousands of innocent iraqis? PLEASE EXPLAIN YOURSELF I hope Cheney is prepared to explain that Halliburton employees over 100,000 people, in a business that has benefited millions more. Edwards, on the other hand, was in the business of driving up costs for everyone and putting doctors out of business. I'm slightly tired of Kerry and Edwards attacks on business when neither of them have ever done more than to seek to increase their personal worth at the expense of others.

I have used the powerful expression in groups of women when someone we hate shows up and someone says "look at that dress, could it be any tighter",,then we all say in unison, "Bless her heart", then we all laugha nd laugh and get another margarita.

You people are either weird or an inspiration.
I spent 3 hours on the first debate thread and didn't recover for 3 days.
It's almost an hour till debate time and there are hundreds of posts.
I'll probably be back.

You must have seen deadwards during a town hall meeting setting where someone asked him a question. The answer was often vacant. Why do you think he is in hiding? He is truly without a sufficient fact base that would allow him to argue effectively on a Presidential level. I saw him in 2 Q&A town hall meetings. Lost in Space comes to mind.
