When Ifle asked the Vice President about AIDS among black women, I was just waiting for him to use the phrase "personal responsibility." Maybe another day.

However, it was instructive that Edwards' answer was that he and Kerry would DOUBLE the amount of money available to give to people who had contracted a disease that is 100% preventable.

I say, quit living promiscuously, whoever you are, and you won't need $30 billion of my tax dollars.

I just called my local ABC, they said in 11pm local news, that by popular opinion Edwards won the debate..

As soon as I called I was patched to News maneger and left a nice long voice mail that it's wrong to pass a lie "Edwards won" when clearly CHENEY WON THE DEBATE.

I think I was not the first to call because secretary was very quick to offer me managers voice mail :)

And I was screaming at the screen when Edwards talked about the Big Pharmaceutical Companies and we will control drug prices...and in the next breath saying we need more research for AIDS meds. Where is the money going to come from? Big pharma will tell the government to fund their own d*** research and sell their own d*** drugs. Canda has discovered NO drugs in the past 30 years...their research dollars are ZERO. Why? because they have price controls...rant, rant, rant

I really think those polls were jammed either before or during the debate with Kerry supporters. No rational person - or, at the very least - not THAT many rational people - would vote that Edwards won unless they'd been smokin' something funny beforehand. And even then.....

I think the Dems expected a strong vote for Cheney and reacted accordingly. Snakes.

I haven't voted in a single one and don't plan on it. Got better things to do with my time.
