Did you notice that when Rather signed off and CBS cut back to the soap, it landed upon on a scene of a woman drinking straight from a bottle of tequila?

She wasn't the only one reaching for a bottle after Rather's appearance.

Eagles are seen fairly regularly in the Pacific Northwest. Their numbers have increased significantly. Thanks W.

I live 50 miles away and can't see anything to get worked up over. Nothing more than the earth farting; and yes, I lived here during the big one. That's was different.

A nice contrast to the kerry campaign, which consists mostly of hot air, but has yet to pick up any steam.

I'll never forget when she blew her top off 24 (?) years ago. I have a niece who lived close enough to get the cloud of ash in her town.
There are quite a few volcano watchers about 8-9 miles away, with their cameras.
My daughter-in-law (and son) are professional photographers who spent their vacation in Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. They would be right there, right now, if they could.

LOL !

Give Kerry some time...
As pressure builds, I'm sure he'll make an "ash" of himself...
