If Kinkos had a standing account with Burkett, would they have used a card of some kind for payment that could be linked to Burkett? Second, would they have listed his name by some account record?

To answer the other part, a civil action could be brought by a local attorney representing a private party who was damaged by the memo. Bush and Killian come to mind. Of course, CBS as well, but don't hold your breath.

CBS News' reporting determined that the source of the memos had access to the documents he provided and an opportunity to obtain copies of them.

(CNN) -- A former officer in the Texas National Guard said Thursday he once overheard a conversation in which there was a request to sanitize President Bush's Guard records during Bush's tenure as Texas governor.

Soon afterward, he said, he saw Bush's Guard performance review in a trash can.

Then, about 10 days later, he said, he came across "files on a table."

"But I also saw at the edge of that table a roughly 15-gallon, old metal waste can. At the top of that were several pages, 20 to 40 pages approximately," Burkett said

"I glanced down at the top of those documents. In ink was the word 'Bush, George W., 1 Lt.'

She is definitely a possible intersection in the form of a single person. In the Democratic party, related to Dan Rather and CBS News.
