Burkett, the paranoid, mentally unstable ex-guardsman, is almost certainly Rather's "unimpeachable source."

I had been 'loaned' from the senior staff and state planning officer of the Texas National Guard to the Department of the Army for a series of these special projects after angering George W. Bush by refusing to falsify readiness information and reports; confronting a fraudulent funding scheme which kept 'ghost' soldiers on the books for additional funding, and refusing to alter official personnel records [of George W. Bush]. George W. Bush and his lieutenants were mad. They ordered that I not be accessed to emergency medical care services, healthcare benefits I earned by my official duty; and I was withheld from medical care for 154 days before I was withdrawn from Texas responsibility by the Department of the Army, by order of the White House....
This guy is a nut and a serial liar.

....it's because the laundry is piling up and they have nothing to wear!.....
my wife complained this morning about clean clothes. I agreed to wash some.
I found one load in the dryer and one load in the washer left from Sunday when I was distracted by FR most of the day.

I read it, but that wasn't clear to me, only that it was like something he would have done, based on his past history. I must have missed the accreditation to him.

Time to see if any businesses nearby have video surveillance tapes... Nearby? I'll bet the Kinkos has them. How long they keep them is another question. Yahoo search shows only one Kinkos in Abilene, and it's in the SouthWest part of the city.

Can Kinko's choose to deny a request for who faxed the documents? A request without a warrant? I hope they can. However with a warrant, they'll turn the information over. Of course if the person paid cash, there might not be a record of who faxed the documents, although if I were Kinkos, I'd keep a log.

I believe Kinkos started in late 1971 or early 1972 in Isla Vista,
the neighborhood which borders UC Santa Barbara.
I was there. They used to Xerox books for 1 penny a page,
which if a book was, lets say 400 pages, could be done for
$4 instead of paying 10-12 bucks for the book...not a bad proposition
since I am not sure there was any "controlling legal authority" at
the time to hamper them.
They were very popular , though I didn't use their services.
When all the copyright infringement laws came into play, that
kind of blatant rip-off came to an end.
Of course, they have since gone "huge" and recently were
bought out by Fed-Ex.....
If this guy did the documents at Kinkos, that would be
incredibly "lame".....There would be records of the transaction
with computer memory, discs, hard copies, payment stubs...
also has anyone looked into the POB one one of the
"documents: being consecutive numbers? I think it is
34567.....sounds very fishy...
