Now wait a minute. Can someone fill me in here? I know that the well-heeled can buy the exclusive use of an amusement park for a day, but isn't it a violation of anti-discrimination laws for a park to restrict admission on the basis of religion? Will ticket buyers have to recite the Shahada, the Muslim profession of faith?
Or is this something that happens all the time, and Christian groups often buy out Six Flags for a Christian-only day? Let me know, please.

UPDATE: It seems that Six Flags is closed to the public that Friday, and other Fridays in September, although Fridays in October it is open. My guess is that they rent the park out to groups after the summer season. I'll get a question in to them and let you know. (Note to CBS and the Boston Globe: That is known as "reporting." Or maybe I'll just whip up a fictional memo proving my point and head straight for the bar.)

I don't live anywhere near Six Flags and I've never been there. In addition, I have absolutely no problem with the owners renting the park to Muslims and I think most of the comments on this thread are despicable and reprehensible. I want no part of it so remove me from your Ping List.

I can see it now. They will have video games where you have to build a bomb and then smuggle it into an area crowded with infidels and you are awarded virtual virgins based on the number of people you murder.
Maybe they will have hourly street plays where Mohammed blocks the road and guns down a pregnant woman and 5 small children.
Maybe they will have an area where you can throw stones at a woman because she "disgraced" her family for allowing her brother to rape her.
