"I agree, Caddell is credible. Look for more RAT candidates to have 'pressing engagements' at the far side of their state when Kerry comes calling"

That is exactly why he is never on the Chrissy Matthews show anymore

"The rats aren't in any legal trouble over this."

Not yet they aren't.

Someone sent Dan Rather forged military documents, and that is very, very against the law. Soon the FBI will be looking into this, and someone will be going to jail. 5 years is about right.

From the US Code:

TITLE 18--CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

PART I--CRIMES

CHAPTER 47--FRAUD AND FALSE STATEMENTS

Sec. 1001. Statements or entries generally

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully--
(1) falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact;
(2) makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or
(3) makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry;

shall be fined under this title [used to be "fined not more than $10,000" but that was changed in 1994] or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.

The Democrat Party is a Criminal Enterprise."

THAT IS IT EXACTLY!!!!!

If there is a connection between that can link the DNC to Kerry Campaign to CBS associated with forgeries of military documents and motive can be found then there probably has been a RICO (sp?) or racketeering crime violation.

Now that would be a very interesting criminal charge to see the Democrats respond to.

But the dims want President Bush to know what all of his underlings are doing at every moment and in every situation. I just think the top of the ticket for the dims need to be asked the same type of questions!

true OUTSIDE the courtroom.

In the media world, the Democrats believe they are immune from consequences as longs as they don't raise their right hand. That is their lesson of clinton.

"It would be the end of the race," Caddell told Fox News Live. "It would be the end of the race," he repeated"

Good...then we can concentrate more on getting the Obstructionists thrown out of the Senate so we can finally move this country in the right direction.

That's it man! Game over! The Sarge is gone!

Our "Aliens" response in kind to the Dimocrats on Election Day:

"All right, we waste him. 'No offense.'"

"The race is over – and we've got bigger problems than that," he warned."

Careful, sounds like "Please don't throw me in the briar patch"

It will only be the end if you can link kamp kerry with the forged memo AND

There is a reporter who wants to advance their carreer and be imortalized on the lecture and book circuit and the one who broke the story.

Rather simply added a nother nail to the coffin. It was just about over the day the Southern gentleman spoke at the Republican Convention. (Zell)

Hello?! These are democrats. Democrats don't get prosecuted.

>>Under any standard of law, a lie does not get first amendment protection.<<

There is a standard under which lies are protected. That is the Standard of Immunity for Democrats.

" Hillary waits in the wings, to step in and "save" the party/"give the voters a real choice" a-la New Jersey 2002." Now there is a scary thought... While it isn't likely that it will happen, it depends I guess how desperate the DNC get.

I wonder that if the thought of Guliani running against Hillary between now and next election so he can position himself for a shot at the presidency in 08, that this possibility might not make Hillary "change her mind" and save the party at the last moment this election, thinking she might have a better chance this way.

Lots of speculation here. But Gulianni will probably win against Hillary, and she has to know it.

"then we can concentrate more on getting the Obstructionists thrown out of the Senate so we can finally move this country in the right direction." Yes. The democrats have done NOTHING as far as doing what they are elected to do. All their efforts have been toward attacking the Bush government, and their own re-election. disgusting. After this election, all the actions of these "people" will be remembered. I predict alot of them are going to be worried about their own futures.

Fox is taking a quick break. Pat is still on. He said that CBS didn't get the docs from the Pentagon and they didn't get them from the family.

He said it WILL come out in the end of who turned the docs over to CBS. And he said "It could be disastrous!

"The rats aren't in any legal trouble over this. Journalists won't reveal their sources (the rats), so the rats won't have to admit they stole the documents. It's the perfect set-up and the rats end up looking like fools.'

Who did they steal them from? The doc's were forged by the 'rats.
