I subscribe to the several Demo-crap mail threads just to keep up with what the b*st*rds are up to... so I got this one tonight and thought I'd pass it on.. have fun!

Dear MoveOn member,

MoveOn works for the same reason democracy does: when lots of people work together, they generate great ideas and accomplish great goals. That's why we need your help.

To get direction from our members, we have set up an online forum. There, you can share your ideas and goals for MoveOn and our nation. Comments are read and rated by other members and the best ideas float to the top. These help set MoveOn's course.

Take a few moments today to contribute to the Great Goals forum.

Even if there's nothing on your mind, come read what others are saying and help us find the ideas we should pursue:

http://www.actionforum.com/forum/index.html?forum_id=264

Thanks for strengthening democracy by participating in these important conversations!

Sincerely, --Carrie, Eli, James, Joan, Noah, Peter, and Wes The MoveOn Team

The point isn't to help them.. The point is to do what they tried to do at our RNC convention - screw up their system.

Why bother even giving them the satisfaction of a bump in
their subscriber numbers? (they may just be trying to hang
onto defecting sponsors)

You will not turn the tribe. Individuals there seeking
alternatives surely have heard of FR, and can come here.

I feel dirty when I visit their web site. So I avoid anything and everything MoveOn.

I'm not a superstitious person, but then again I am... In fact I was superstitious before I wasn't... ;-)

I tend to go with my feelings in a lot of things. It is usually a good idea, and fighting my feelings usually results in bad things happening.

MoveOn is filth. Everything they touch takes on a sick, green feeling. I taste bile every time I come in contact with them and their work.

There is a pervasive sickness in that organization... a connection to something intrinsically evil. The last time I felt something like that was when a strange woman tried to hit on me at a bar by putting her arm around me. She was rather plain, not pretty, but not ugly... but I still almost threw up the moment she touched me. I jumped out of my seat and edged away, rudely but there was something seriously wrong with her.

Guess what I found out later... She was a bar whore who went home with just about anybody, who chased after married men, and gave bj's as a tip to anybody who gives her a ride home. Disease? I wouldn't doubt she has a few. She leaves her kids with her parents, and drinks and sleeps around.

And I didn't know a thing about her when she touched me on my back... I didn't even know what she looked like until after I jumped out of my seat and edged away, and then looked at her.

Yes, that's the type of feeling I get about MoveOn!!! They're no different than an immoral drunken bar whore intent on destroying the moral strength of others.

I would have to gouge my eyes out if I went to move-on!

Go put Michael Moore's undies on your head!

I've gotten some of the same kind of democrat literature via email. I found it interesting that stuff from the Kerry campaign had links directly to the media fund and other 527's.

LOL... sure... but MoveOn still makes my skin crawl. I thought that particular story would describe the basic feeling of revulsion, evil, and distaste; punctuated with a healthy dose of shock.

On the one hand, it may fill them with a false sense of security, on the other hand, my mom told me I'd go blind if I look at their website.
