I was at Kerry's Midnight Rally in Springfield Ohio. ZZZZZZZZZZZZ. And I was able to stay awake!!!! Barely.
"Edwards is thinking: "Why did I ever hook up with this loser?"
Edwards sounded like a huckster to me and like his heart wasn't really in it.
Yes many were bussed. And there was a strong union presence. We avoided them. The rest were mostly teens and young adults - 20's. Quite a few were drunk. And of course the party faithful.
Did you click the pic?
I am listening to the midnight speech. It's like listening to a wino.
You must shop for taglines at the same store I do. :^)
collie, wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Kerry rambled on and on. It was very boring and basically he just said he disagreed with everything Bush said. And he tried to say a few cute rhyming phrases but they went flat. I kept expecting him to say "I know you are but what am I ?"
The Minnow...click my post 13. :^)
And... "Boy, when Bush's policies on ambulance chasers go into effect, I'm really screwed!"
Hey, yours has a period and mine doesn't. I was robbed!
The union pays non-union people for that - and they don't pay union wages.
Don't take it anymore!
I thought those were rice kernels. And shouldn't he have absorbed those by now?
Edwards will soon be working at his new job saying "Welcome to Wendy's! Can I take your order?"
Ok, maybe not with that load of money he stole, but it would be funny.
Doctors keep trying to give Kerry a brain transplant, but his body keeps rejecting it as a foreign body.
Yes. But the song doesn't play. Jukebox has messed up the audio in some strange way.
Rats. It is so funny. It's John Kerry's Mind, sung to the tune of Gilligan's Island.
My take was that he was really tired. I wondered if he fell asleep on the bus on the way there. It just seemed like it was way past his bed time and that he couldn't think clearly.

(BTW, this sure brings to mind
"the millionaire...and his wife!")
Kewwy even _sounds_ like Thurston Howell III
("...in a fashion reminiscent of Jenjis Khan")
