I read in one of the papers that there were thousands there but I saw some local coverage and it looked like maybe several hundred...but I only saw a one picture.

My take was that he was really tired. When politicians get drunk in Australia, the libel-avoiding stock news reporter phrase is "tired and emotional."

Supporters of President George W. Bush (news - web sites) protest in front of the bus of Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry at a front porch rally in Newark, Ohio September 3, 2004. Bush, winning strong support for his handling of the war on terrorism, has taken a double-digit lead over Democratic challenger John Kerry, according to a Time poll released on Friday.

How to start each day with a positive outlook: 1. Open a new file in your PC. 2. Name it "John Kerry." 3. Send it to the trash. 4. Empty the trash. 5. Your PC will ask you, "do you really want to get rid of John Kerry?" 6. Answer calmly, "yes," and press the mouse button firmly. 7. Feel better..... Hehehe..I just did that..but 'Recycle Bin' is the word my computer uses. (not trash). Do you consider John Kerry recyclable? Can we get something good out of him? LOL

What ever happened to Chris Elliott? I don't know. The last thing I'm aware of him doing is Something About Mary.

The Columbus Dispatch said that 15,000 supporters were there. Does any know the real number? No way that many.

The union pays non-union people for that-and they don't pay union wages...Figured that. Been a union member for a decade, and no union official has ever even "suggested" that I get on a bus to a political rally in support of any candidiate. If one ever tried, they'd find themselves first, in the hospital, and then, their problems are only just beginning...

Actually IIRC it's the Vietnam POWs that are planning on a release of a documentary (filmed by a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist) that has the "September" surprise aimed at him......Swifties are not alone.
