Newt Gingrich mentioned the THREE trips to Paris tonight and the Spectator is reporting that a news organization is about to run with it BIG.
Stick a fork in him. HE"S DONE.
Yes, and that Kerry met with the communists without the knowledge of the US government.
Sounds like treason to me.
I wonder if the SwiftVets will put this in an ad.
With documented proof recently provided by the FBI through the Freedom Of Information Act it is proved that John Kerry met with Communist North Vietnamese negotiators and Viet Kong representatives in Paris in 1971 while Kerry was still in the Navy Reserves (still in the military). Kerry could be standing face to face with a 10 ton Gorilla when the Swifties hammer him with this one.
It is against specific Codes of the Uniform Code of Military Justice and also against specific Articles of the Constitution to do what Kerry did.
The FBI documents also place Kerry at a meeting where the assignation of sitting U. S. Senators is discussed. This is a violation of law, if not reported to the authorities, as a conspiracy.
Judicial Watch is attempting to get the authorities to pursue the matters. I dont know what their stance is. But when the Swifties smack Kerry across the airwaves with this information, its gonna leave a mark!
Let's hope so...
Heard Newt, but it went right to Zell, so I forgot about this. These must have been the "leaders" who wanted him to be President (35 years ago) :)
Kerry needs to be in prison, not the White House or the Senate
Do you have any idea what news organization is going to run with it???
These stories will keep coming out and Bush and company will continue to attack until the election is over. The Dems are not even knowing what is hitting them.
Bush has not even started on Kerry's senate record yet but Miller and Cheney started the fire tonight.
The debate Bush will attack Kerry's senate record and Kerry will go down in history as the most liberal Presidential candidate this country has ever seen.
This has been well known for weeks, months, years, yet the press did not follow up with any questions of Kerry. When this campaign is over, some one will be able to write a fat book on all the blatant ways the media protected Kerry, while hounding Bush with silly, unproven charges.
I heard Newt making a big point of this today on Hannity. Hannity didn't catch on, so Newt repeated it again. " Somebody needs to ask Kerry what he talked about in Paris" or something like that. I hope it does break, this guy is a traitor in every sense of the word. I know they are just being polite, but I am sick of hearing, " we respect your service in Viet Nam." How can they when he committed treason after returning?
See post #4. If this is treason, he'll be in Mondale land.
Let's not stick a fork in him too soon. Who knows who we would get if Kerry pulled out of the race.
John Kerry is a spitball girly-man!
High time that story got played. I think the medals issue is played out. The paris trips are far more offensive to me. The south america trip to meet Daniel Ortega is also underplayed. Haven't seen the photo of Kerry and the Commandante in too many venues.
Are we nearing the Tipping point as regards the major media?
WE'LL ALWAYS HAVE PARIS
The John Kerry camp should be careful about how much mud it flings. According to media sources in New York for the campaign, a number of national media outlets have already completed or close to completing several major investigations into possible Kerry fundraising irregularities, as well as what one media source calls "devastating" stories of Kerry's time in Paris when he was meeting with Communist Vietnamese officials.
"Americans have no idea what Kerry was doing during that time in Paris," says a journalist. "It makes the Swift Boat ads look lightweight by comparison."
