Special Report:

Fred Barns just shut Mara Liason down.

She was touting that some Republicans might have voted differently if they knew Iraq had no WMD.

Barns interrupted her and said, 'Yes, but they aren't running for President; Kerry is.'

What a great idea. I second the request for a report of her experiences.

I was on CNN briefly this morning and Miles O'Brien was incredulous when some Republican said Cheney would rock the house tonight. I had to laugh at Miles. I'm thrilled your daughter will be there. I'll bet it will be electric. (I hope security is on the ball).

LOVE "hackey" retort. That's exactly the word to use when describing Shields cheap shot comments. He saves them up and spits them out when there's no time to respond.

It's a really easy site to navigate.

Rove came out today and said Kerry's 1971 Senate testimony painted our troops with far too broad a brush.

This resulted in Bob Kerrey making a call to reporters calling for Rove to resign because he alleges this shows coordination betweent he WH and Swift Vets.

Fred Barnes on the roundtable says correctly that is ridiculous.

I note the Senate testimony is a matter of public record. Barnes points to the myriad of subjects the left talks about without fear of mixing up organizations.

Even Mara says Kerrey is off the mark.

D E S P E R A T I O N
in the Kerry Kamp

Oh, Mara decides to soft-pedal Kerry's testimony, but they all agree the issue itself is fair game for discussion.

Flip that (sorry) and try to imagine GW trying to emulate another person.

Your point is very well taken, because just about everyone in the world knows it would never happen. Our Dubya is who he is. Take him or leave him, but either way he'll get along just fine.

Fred Barnes has a 22 year old daughter who just graduated from college. I didn't know that.

Fred Barnes says his wife contradicted Fred's on air dissing of the twins' presentation last night. His wife thought they were great.

I've seen this pic 7 or 8 times now and I still can't figure out if that's a man or a woman on the left.

Terry McAuliffe on MSNBC calls Zell Miller "Zig Zag Zell" and basically good riddance.

When asked about Cheney, McAuliffe says "Halliburton". Accusing them of bribing Nigerian officials.

sigh

Terry sounds raspy and scared.

Name one that doesn't; to a person, they all act like their heads might blow off.

That was a pretty good segment, with Brit allowing Fred and Mort to "advise and extend their remarks" from last night. Fred still disappoints, but does mention that his wife told him he was wrong!

My daughter is one of the few normal art school graduates, who will be voting for President Bush.

I think the protesters are heavily weighted in favor of art school types. I have seen them before, at countless student exhibitions. One of my daughter's classmates, in an assignment for wearable art, mae a necklace of dead mice encased in resin.

So, there you go. That is who these people are.

I'll bet they go wild in there for Cheney. After the vilifying the media and left have done to him, I predict the applause will be thunderous and overwhelming.

How well I recall his 2000 speech: "The wheel has turned and it is time, it is time for them to go"

Wow, major scandal brewing. Tom Delay is not down on the floor at this very moment for Campbell Brown to interview. Oh, the horrors!

BTW Cambell, how's your dad doing?

That's very, um, creative.
