My favorite is the "report card" issue. Enough about that.

"My favorite is the "report card" issue. Enough about that."

The "MC" strikes again.

Hopefully, somone else remembers the NatLamp High School yearbook parody

I remember it, and might have it somewhere in the attic. Among the graduates was Anna Maria Spermatazoa, I believe.

The "book" version of "Animal House" was WAY better than the movie, IMHO. A work of art-wish I still had my copy!

I'm still laughing...LOL....from your site's FAQs:

Who started MoveOnPlease?

MoveOnPlease was started by two Silicon Valley entrepreneurs who were frustrated by the amount of money they lost when the Clinton dot-com boom burst. With only one computer left between them and no experience in politics, they were able to sell Washington D.C. partisans on their ability to build an expensive business model on a nonexistent product and make it seem indispensable. On July 15, 2003, they launched an online petition to "Collect Names of People Who Are Willing To Sign Petitions." Within days hundreds of thousands of individuals saw that petition...none of whom signed. Using their political savvy they bought an adorable puppy they threatened to kill unless they received enough money to feed it. They then requested each person to donate $5 for the food and soon after MoveOnPlease was on their way.

LOL...also from NationalLampoonguy's new site / FAQs section:

How does MY voice count?

At MoveOnPlease, every member has a voice in choosing our shared direction, though some voices are a little ea$ier to hear than others. Using our ActionForum software, we are able listen to your proposed issue priorities and strategies while weighing your opinion with the amount of dollars you have donated. Others will see and respond to your suggestions, and the most strongly supported ($) ideas will rise to the top. We adopt the issues that rise to the top as our campaign priorities.
